Safety King was great. The scheduler was very polite and even mentioned a coupon they had for the service as well. My appointment was today 10/8 at 9 am and Rick showed up 20 minutes early. That was refreshing to see someone show up early instead of late for a change. Rick was very knowledgeable and even advised on some more potential problems we might have. I appreciate that level of professionalism. Overall I would recommend this company for any duct cleaning.

What an amazing job they did. They were on time, covered up all the vents, wore booties on their shoes and when they were finished they went through my house with a broom and dust pan to make sure nothing was on my floors. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with how courteous and respectful Tony and Jaden were. They arrived earlier than expected and I was unable to get my kitty out from under the bed. So they were careful not to disturb and frighten her. Leaving that room for last. They were very cognoscente of my comfortable as well since it was a cooler day and the furnace had to be turned off.
Tony thoroughly explained every step of the process even though it was explained to me when I made the appointment. He also told us about a duct sealing process that they do which we are considering doing in the future.

I had the air ducts cleaned in my 25yr old condo by Marcus on May 7th.; this was the first time they were ever done. I also had him clean the dryer vent; I was pleased with that process also. Our duct cleaning was done by Marcus. Marcus was friendly, efficient and arrived promptly at our scheduled time. Eric P and Anthony P were very professional and thorough! They cleaned my ducts and vents/registers. They were polite and respectful of my home! After they were done with cleaning the ducts, they vacuumed up my basement. They showed me before and after pictures of my vents and it was VERY impressive how much cleaner the ducts were! Eric did a free inspection of my ducts for Aeroseal with the pricing for that service. I was not pressured into purchasing that service. He also explained the benefits of Aeroseal very clearly! The duct cleaning was worth $419 i paid to breath clean air and to relieve the stress on the furnace motor! I will be recommending Eric and Anthony to anyone who needs their ducts and vents cleaned!

Tony and Anthony were very helpful and professional. My wife is 9 months pregnant and the day they came we bad a huge snowstorm. They did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable and that everything was in order to be able to do the job. Would definitely recommend!

I had Ryan C and Anthony P come out to clean my duct work and dryer vent. They arrived right on time and first came in and introduced themselves. Both very polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They did a great job. They are great representation for Safety King. The etiquette that they have you just do not see any more with service people. Your company was recommended to me. Safety King was an absolute pleasure to work with! Chris Nevens in the sales department was VERY knowledgeable and helpful to get the job quoted and set up. The Technicians Anthony F. and Anthony P. did a fantastic job from the time they walked in the door! Our son had allergies to the pets we used to own, even after getting rid of the pets though he still had allergies. We called Safety King and Billy & Patrick came out to clean our air ducts. They also treated the ducts and his allergies has drastically reduced since getting them done!

This duct cleaning experience was even better than we had anticipated. Chris did a fantastic job from his set-up through finish. It happened to be a very cold day, 2 degrees above zero. He made every attempt to keep the heat in the house, keeping the doors and windows sealed off as much as he could. He walked us through the process before the job, and after. It all lasted about 3 1/2 hours. When he was done, we could already notice the difference, as the sun was brightly shining through our windows in our home, and we could see very few dust particles milling about in the rays. In the days following, our sleep is like a breath of fresh air..a noticable difference from allergy symptoms. We also notice a much cleaner home as dusting seems to be not needed. Great job…very worth the cost…will highly recommend to even my most picky friends. Might I also share the fact that the scheduling and explanation of service was well handled by Verna on the phone. My experience was comfortable and not high pressred at all, as most people expect when the call a contractor. She was even thoughtful enough to re-schedule us earlier, as we preferred, when a cancellation left an opening. Thanks again to Safety King.

I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday… for the first time in the 25 years I’ve lived here. Had a new furnace installed a month ago and the furnace company recommended Safety King. I trust my furnace company, so I was sure Safety King would do a good job. I am pleased to say that they exceeded all my expectations! Eric P. was excellent at what he does… very professional, efficient, neat and clean. I was nervous about the house getting dusty and having things disrupted. Not the case… he obviously had a proven routine and things went along in a very organized manner. Eric took great care to not damage my home by laying thick cloths from the entrance to the furnace room. He also hung a heavy protective curtain at the back entrance to keep as much cold air out as possible. When he left, my home was as he found it… not a trace of dust, or anything out of place. Only difference was very clean air ducts! Additionally, I have an indoor cat who is afraid of the world. I secured her in a pet playpen, but she was still very frightened of the noise. Eric was very careful to be as quite as possible when he entered the room she was in, he even “talked” to her when he was finishing in that room… it was a very kind, personal touch that you don’t often experience. I was very impressed with their technology of showing me a video of the ducts before and after, sending me a receipt and before/after photos within minutes of completing the job. I also appreciate the detailed email they sent me a few days prior to the appointment. Delora B. showed excellent customer service skills… she confirmed the appointment with me and followed up the next day to make sure everything was to my expectations. I highly recommend Safety King!

Anthony was an excellent air duct tech and we sincerely appreciated his professionalism. He was on time, had a great disposition, and clearly knew how to handle his responsibilities. Our apartment feels so much more comfortable. We can truly notice a difference in the quality of the forced air. And the heat is more evenly distributed. Marcus arrived on time, he was very professional and personable. He knew his job, spent a lot of time checking all the registers before he started up the vacuum etc. Afterwards he explained again what he did, showed me photos of what he had found and suggested 3 other items that he felt needed to be done. He explained the extra cost along with 2 of the items had $10 off coupons, also advised me that I was eligible for a senior discount. I chose the items that he suggested and he subsequently performed these items. He cleaned up very well after he was completed. I was extremely pleased with the job and he definitely deserves 5 stars. I will definitely recommend Safety King to my friends and relatives and will advise them to ask for Marcus. It is evening now and I can notice that my house is evenly heated, there is no fluctuation in the heat in the different rooms. GOOD JOB MARCUS

The 2 man crew that came out arrived within the time frame given when I set the appointment up, explained the whole process to me once they were there, gave me a time frame of how long it would take, and were very efficient. Very conscience to make sure no damage was done by any of their large tubes coming into the house. Very professional and friendly, would highly recommend this company.

I’ve used Safety King for my duct cleaning and I was very impressed with the before and after pictures. But what was really impressive was the fact that the duct cleaners Vern and Jordan were very thorough and it showed that they really care about doing a good job. Even after spending 5 hours in my home they made sure to walk through the house with me and answer any questions I had and wouldn’t leave until I was completely satisfied.

I called to make an appt to get my ducts clean. They came at specified time. They were very pleasant, answered all my questions and were done in no time. I would recommend if you need your ducts done give them a call. I give them 5 stars. Thank you.

Eric was courteous and professional. He layed down protective cloths to protect our floors and even to protect the walls the giant vacuum hose might contact. The whole process took 2 hours for our 1400 sq. ft. home. Photos before and after. And not some stock photo, I saw him take the pics and show me right away. The ducts look great and he even found a Blues Clues toy that was dropped down by one of the previous owners. Very happy.

Anthony was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. First time I’ve ever had my air ducts cleaned. Didn’t know what to expect. But Safety King, and the technician, Anthony were very good.

First of all, Verna was very accommodating by scheduling me very quickly and providing me a more than fair price. Marcus was also very professional. Completed the work in a timely manner, left my place clean, and above all, cleaned my ducts as was shown by the before and after pics. Outstanding customer service. From my first call to schedule to the follow up the day after my service- outstanding. Bill and Tony / my technicians were very professional and friendly. They suggested a few additional services, but in no way made me feel obligated to take them. I did take their professional advice and had my dryer ducts cleaned and was so glad I did . Since my furnace duct cleaning I notice my airflow from my vents is much stronger. Without Bill and Tony I would have not know I had an issue with my humidifier filter on my furnace. Thanks guys

They were recommended by relatives to have this done. Well my wife set it up for a Saturday. Bill and Tony came out. I was expecting the normal type service. However they explained everything that they were doing in detail. They showed my wife and I pictures of what they saw. There service was outstanding. I could not have been happier. Tony (Anthony) and Patrick did an awesome job cleaning our air duct. They are VERY courteous and very knowledgeable about the work. They showed before and after pictures. They run the number and confirmed with us about the things that we’d like to be done before they did the work. And make sure we have the internet coupon. I have work with lots company at this time doing house improvement and very rare they would do this. They did miss 1 of our supply vent (we are in the middle of moving in so we have boxes all over the place), I called the customer service and Tony came back the next day to clean it. We had our dryer vent cleaned and a lint sensor installed by Safety King. The service was excellent! Eric P. and Patrick S. were very professional. Most of the work was done outside, with the exception of installing the lint sensor. The technicians arrived on time and even took their shoes off when they installed the lint sensor. They showed us photos of the dryer vent before and after the cleaning and gave us full instructions for use of the lint sensor. The office staff was also excellent and easily reached by phone. Safety King emailed our appointment time and an access portal to maintain record of the service provided (work performed, photos and price). We highly recommend Safety King!

Scheduling was easy, whole process explained. Got an email the night before with techs pictures & names and got a reminder phone call day before. Techs showed up in the window offered, they were polite, courteous, and friendly…explained everything again very thoroughly. They were careful about my floors, walls, etc and did a very thorough job. Showed me before and after pictures, played with my dog, warned my kids that it might be loud…overall a 1st class operation. I chose Safety King based on my neighbor’s experience and reviews. I sent an email asking for an estimate for my 2,300-sq. home and within a day, I received both an email and a telephone call with the information and available dates. I immediately set up the service date and time, I was very happy how flexible the scheduling was accommodating my busy work schedule. Ryan and Chris showed up 10 min early, they were extremely professional, ensured the house was protected and handled themselves in the utmost efficient manner. They also were great with my dogs who were nosey wanted to see what they were doing! I would highly recommend and I will call them again as my need arise.

I called Safety King on Monday afternoon and Verna had Jason and Chris C out to the condo by Wednesday morning. On Tuesday I was sent a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians, which is a very nice feature. Upon arrival, 8 am, Chris and Jason explained the procedure, I showed them around and they went to work. The whole process took about 2 ½ hours including cleaning a second story dryer vent. Chris and Jason are both exceptional young men very polite, well-mannered, tidy and great representatives for Safety King. They even dusted a bit before they left. I would highly recommend both Safety King and these fine young men to anyone looking for air duct cleaning.

This company is very reliable and professional. Having just built a new house the ducts were very dirty before we even moved in. They were full of drywall dust, saw dust, carpet fibers… We feel good knowing we are starting with a clean house so as not to aggravate allergies and asthma.

I’ve had Safety King clean my ducts in my old house. I had Jason and Tony as my technicians. First of all, I needed to change my time and they were very accommodating. The guys were right on time, extremely polite and very professional. They offered to go through the process to be sure I knew what was going to happen and why. They apologized whenever the process got a bit loud. Asked a number of times if I had any questions. I would say, “I don’t think so”, but then would think of a question. The guys were patient and at the end showed me the pictures of what was accomplished. GREAT JOB! My dryer vent was scary looking. I highly recommend that people get this done. It is such a fire hazard.

I would recommend this company to anyone. From my initial call until the job was complete, I was treated courteously. The two men who came to my home were very thorough and explained everything. I had a couple of questions that they answered promptly. I saw before and after pictures and they made some recommendations for me. This company does a great job!

Eric was very friendly, personable, and professional. He was very mindful that we just moved into a brand new home and took extreme care when setting up the equipment. When walking through our home he wore booties over his boots. The service was complete in less than 3 hours and we couldn’t have been happier with it. We had the ducts cleaned off of two different furnaces. The team was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. From scheduling to work completion, they were very professional. They did a great job! The before and after PICs are a very nice thing they provide to show the work that was completed.

I was very impressed with Safety King. Everything from the first phone call to the technicians pulling out of the driveway went super smooth. Kerry, who answered the phone was very helpful and informative. She got me an appointment time that worked perfectly with my schedule. She did an awesome job of explaining the entire process for me so I knew exactly what to expect on the day of my cleaning. I needed to have my ducts clean after my husband forgot to turn off the furnace when he put drywall up in our basement. The two technicians Chris C. and Bill explained the entire procedure (which I did not understand anyway), took off their shoes, covered my floors as not to get my dirty and went to work. I was a little nervous about their putting holes in the ductwork as we have a painted ceiling. They assured me that would be no problem. And it wasn’t. They vacuumed the basement, and cleaned up their mess. They were friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I heard a lot of something moving through my ducts, so I know the machines power was quite strong. I can’t wait to see a big difference in the before and after pictures.

They deserve 10 stars. Awesome company. Highly recommend them!! Lots of remodeling in home and that created lots of dust and dirt circulating throughout our home. If you went barefoot, even after sweeping, they would be dirty. Our vents were black. Safety King did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and vents. Vents are no longer black. Feet are clean when walking barefoot in home. So glad we found them!!! We also had Safety King Aeroseal the duct work. Wow!! Now our furnace and /or AC run more efficiently and less often, Which translates to lower utility bills and $$ saved. I highly recommend them.

Bill T recently arrived at our home to clean our air ducts which, to our knowledge, had never been cleaned-28 yrs.. He did a fantastic job, he was very professional during the entire time in our home. He explained everything that he was doing, took before and after photos of the ducts themselves, cleaned the furnace, checked the dryer vent, etc. He had to go in ad out to the truck several times and each time he re-entered the house he put shoe covers on to protect our hardwood floors and carpeting. My experience with Safety King was TOP-NOTCH, start-to-finish. I set up my appointment over the phone with Delora. She was kind, professional, and explained everything perfectly. My technician, Marcus, came out on time, and was VERY respectful and professional. We have 4 cats, and he understood how scary it might be for them. He was extremely patient and understanding, and worked with me to come up with a plan to secure them in certain rooms while he performed his work. We had all of our ducts cleaned out (in advance of a new Furnace/AC installation in a few days.) He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing, including showing me before/ after pics. Marcus was very thorough, conscientious, and thoroughly explained the process. The service technicians for Safety King were very professional and the ducts are really clean. They cleaned our ducts almost a week and a half ago and I believe it has made a huge difference in our dust levels that come into the home as well as what we are breathing in. The work they accomplish that was metal duct cleaning appeared to be successful. From the first call with Calin M. at Safety King to the cleaning of the ducts by Jason D. and Tyler G. we had great service. Everyone at Safety King were very professional. We knew what would happen before anyone showed up to do the work from speaking with Calin M. Calin gave us date for the cleaning of our ducts but also put us on a call list if they had an opening before our schedule date (which they did) so we were able to get the cleaning done earlier. When Jason and Tyler showed up there explained what would happen and got to work. We just had our hardwood floors refinished so they made sure they covered them before doing any work. During the cleaning Jason showed us the before pictures of the ducts and then after the cleaning pictures. They did a fantastic job. Jason found a vent pipe that had a bad seal so he wrapped it in heat duct tape (he said he could not leave with loose and leaking heat duct). Both Jason and Taylor where very friendly and professional I would request them both when I have the duct cleaned again. When they left they made sure everything was sealed back up and clean. We would recommend Safety King to all our family and friends.

Marcus and Pat came to the house on time and showed proper identification when entering the house. They were polite and professional. While I showed Pat where the vents where in the house he explained the process to me while Marcus started prepping the duct work in the basement to be cleaned. They place mats on the floor and corners where the large suction hose was ran to collect the dust and debris from the duct work. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. I sat in the kitchen while they worked and I could hear the debris going through the suction hose. They took before and after pictures and gave recommendations on future services. I was very happy with the end result and now have a piece of mind knowing that all the construction dust, dirt and left overs are not in my system and being blown into my house. Two excellent men, Peter and Nate, helped me with other issues on my furnace such as the filter to the furnace humidifier and a bathroom fan that wasn’t working. I called Safety King from another company suggestion. I needed an inspection of the neighbors smoke filtering into my condo unit. They made their comments to the management company of the condos. I am making an appointment for duct cleaning for April when spring is in the air. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courtesy, for the problem.

I hired Safety King because I’d read good things about them online and their process seemed to be thorough. Vastly understated! The two guys that came to the house were fantastic. They worked the entire four and a half hours they were there and did an amazing job. They explained what they were doing and were all-round great!. Well worth the money and I’ll hire them again when I need my ducts cleaned out again.

We were very please with the service we received with Vernon and Nathan. They were very courteous, polite, careful and did a thorough job. They left us with several cards which we have passed on to family and friends. We would definitely use them again.

As he worked, he answered my questions in terms that I could understand (no industry-related jargon). Merna answered my questions when the appointment was set and answered more questions when I called the day before the scheduled appointment. Five star service! My team led by Vernon was on time and did a very clean job. Even in the 88 degree heat as my furnace was being uninstalled, they were friendly and went above and beyond the expected service to search and clean all the ducts/vents. From the scheduling through the payment – the process was painless for me. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of viewing their air ducts and being assured all is well throughout your home when they finish the job.

After the Aug 2014 flood, my basement was completely submerged, which required us to have total duct work cleaning and sanitation. Safety King was recommended by two friends. We found scheduling any storm clean up to be a bit of a wait, and only waited two weeks for our service. The tech, Marcus showed up before the scheduled time and explained everything to us, and went straight to work. The entire process was approx 3 hours. Sporicidin was applied to prevent mold growth, and required us to leave for only one hour. Upon returning home the home smelled much better. Great service, professional tech, and would recommend company to others. P.S. thanx Marcus for playing with the dog too!
