This was my first time getting my air ducts cleaned and let me just say, I am super impressed! Tim was our technician and he was on time to our scheduled appointment literally to the minute, which I fully appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step. He made me feel very comfortable asking him questions along the way. I was honestly hesitant getting my ducts cleaned, but after today I feel like this was money well spent.
