Air Duct Technician
Safety King is looking for dependable, positive, and motivated candidates to join the technician team.
Air duct technicians perform air duct cleaning and related ductwork services in homes, businesses, and buildings throughout Southeast Michigan. Safety King provides complete hands-on training for technicians, along with certification training and testing.
Mechanical experience is not required, but being mechanically inclined can be helpful.
Candidates must have a great driving record. Safety King is a non-smoking company. All new hires must pass a drug test and complete a DOT physical exam.
This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities, sales opportunities, and performance-based bonus opportunities.

Customer Service Representative
This is an in-office customer service position for candidates with an outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner.
Customer service representatives help new and existing customers schedule services, answer questions, understand service options, and complete administrative tasks. This role is an important part of the customer experience because the office team is often the first point of contact before a technician arrives.
Candidates should have basic computer skills, including using the web, email, and data entry systems.
Safety King provides hands-on training, including jobsite visits so customer service team members can better understand the service process.
This position offers a tight-knit, family-style office environment. Compensation includes hourly pay plus monthly and quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities.

Regional Sales Associate
Safety King is looking for a motivated and energetic sales professional to help the company grow by building relationships and educating others about Safety King’s services.
The Regional Sales Associate is responsible for developing relationships with primary decision makers and gatekeepers in several markets, including facilities management, heating and cooling, restoration, insurance, and related industries.
This role may include working with established contacts as well as identifying and developing new relationships.
Safety King’s market includes residential, commercial, and industrial buildings throughout Southeast Michigan.
