I was very pleased with the beginning of setting up this service. Katherine was very nice on the phone and very pleasant to talk to. Jason arrived early (he called first). He showed/explained what he was going to do. The process went without a hitch and left NO mess at all. The air smells cleaner and we do have less dust in the house.
