I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday… for the first time in the 25 years I’ve lived here. Had a new furnace installed a month ago and the furnace company recommended Safety King. I trust my furnace company, so I was sure Safety King would do a good job. I am pleased to say that they exceeded all my expectations! Eric P. was excellent at what he does… very professional, efficient, neat and clean. I was nervous about the house getting dusty and having things disrupted. Not the case… he obviously had a proven routine and things went along in a very organized manner. Eric took great care to not damage my home by laying thick cloths from the entrance to the furnace room. He also hung a heavy protective curtain at the back entrance to keep as much cold air out as possible. When he left, my home was as he found it… not a trace of dust, or anything out of place. Only difference was very clean air ducts! Additionally, I have an indoor cat who is afraid of the world. I secured her in a pet playpen, but she was still very frightened of the noise. Eric was very careful to be as quite as possible when he entered the room she was in, he even “talked” to her when he was finishing in that room… it was a very kind, personal touch that you don’t often experience. I was very impressed with their technology of showing me a video of the ducts before and after, sending me a receipt and before/after photos within minutes of completing the job. I also appreciate the detailed email they sent me a few days prior to the appointment. Delora B. showed excellent customer service skills… she confirmed the appointment with me and followed up the next day to make sure everything was to my expectations. I highly recommend Safety King!
