It was easy to see how much thy cared about our house, and when they left I felt 100% comfortable with the decision of choosing them to clean out our furnace and duct work. Eric and Nicholas arrived promptly and went right to work. They first reviewed each room to locate heating and cold air return vents and then covered the vents. They were very careful to set up mats so as to not damage wood flooring or moldings with the large tubes used to do the duct cleaning. They worked efficiently and to our surprise were finished with our 2,340 square foot home in two hours. They cleaned up and asked us to inspect each room to make sure we were satisfied with the work done and the condition of our home. We inquired about several other services and Eric told us we did not need the services. We are very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend Safety King.

Tony and Jason did an EXCELLENT job!!! EXCELLENT! They worked from 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM cleaning out old ducts. Tony and Jason used the word “horrible” several times when describing what they were finding! They were exceedingly polite, conscientious, hard-working and very respectful of our home and its contents. They worked hard!! They did an excellent job educating us about the process – before, during and after the process. Plus… they laughed at my jokes! Always a good thing! The supervisor, Chris, did a terrific job inspecting our home before the technicians arrived, and gave us a clear overview of the entire scenario. I can not believe the gunk they cleaned out of my system. Left me with the greatest peace of mind ever. The results were amazing! I bought a used trailer that I’m guessing never had the venting system cleaned, there was all kinds of dirt and things in the vents. I am very impressed by the service provided to us by Safety King. We had our air ducts cleaned. When I scheduled my appointment, Katherine explained the entire process to me. The day before the service, I received an email with pictures of their employees. The day of the service, the men arrived early (after a phone call to get approval). The men were very knowledgeable and professional. Eric gave us additional suggestions to improve the air flow in our house. They covered the floors and made sure no dust escaped from our vents. 1. This was my first time getting the vents cleaned. The customer service rep patiently explained the whole process to me which was very useful. Later I would call two other places for quotes and though I was getting better rates, I decided to stick with Safety King because of my phone interaction with the customer service rep. 2. I got an email with the names and faces of my cleaners the day before so when Jason and Vernon showed up it felt like I already knew them 3. Jason and Vernon were super nice to interact with and very professional 4. Since I was busy I did not supervise or inspect everything that was going on but the before and after pictures suggest improvements in the dust situation. Here’s to better breathing and fewer dust allergies! I wish Safety King and their employees success in their business.

Rodney’s mother called and said she was there when Eric did the job and that Eric was great!! He explained everything and was very complete on cleaning. She was very happy and said that is was so nice to know that when she had her home ducts cleaned by us a few years ago, we did a great job she was afraid that it was just because of the technician that did the job. Tony (Anthony) and Patrick did an awesome job cleaning our air duct. They are VERY courteous and very knowledgeable about the work. They showed before and after pictures. They run the number and confirmed with us about the things that we’d like to be done before they did the work. And make sure we have the internet coupon. I have work with lots company at this time doing house improvement and very rare they would do this. They did miss 1 of our supply vent (we are in the middle of moving in so we have boxes all over the place), I called the customer service and Tony came back the next day to clean it. Safety King was extraordinarily professional from the beginning all the way through to the end. First, they called the day before to remind me of my appointment, and told me the technician would be coming to my house between noon and 2 pm. Then, when I asked her if there was any way he could come a little earlier, she said, “I can’t guarantee anything, but I’ll certainly ask him.” The next day, around 10:30 am, the same woman called me and said, “OK, the technician could be at your house within a half hour. Do you still want him to come earlier?” Sure enough, Eric was at my house by 11 am. He only needed me for about 5 minutes to walk him through the house and show him where the vents were and where the furnace was. From there on, he pretty much did everything by himself within about 3 hours, including cleaning the air ducts AND our horribly disgusting dryer vent (filled with about the equivalent of a tall kitchen garbage bag full of lint!!!). At the end, he cleaned up any mess left behind, including the lint that got onto our driveway from the dryer vent. He showed me photos of the ducts and dryer vent duct before and after, and I was astonished at how much stuff he cleaned out…especially from the dryer vent. He then showed me a menu of additional services offered by Safety King in case I was interested in any extras, but he said he didn’t really think my house needed them. An honest technician? Remarkable. This company clearly knows what they’re doing, both technically and with respect to customer service. They even reduced my cost by about $60 when he realized that my dryer vent came out on the ground floor (even though the dryer is on the second floor). They charge more if they need a ladder to reach the dryer vent, but when he saw he didn’t need the ladder, he reduced the bill. If he had left the charge the same, I probably would not have figured it out, and I think Eric knew that. But he’s obviously an honest guy and did the right thing by subtracting the $60. I would use them again in a heartbeat. High quality, honest, expedient service. You definitely get what you pay for!!

We had our dryer vent cleaned and a lint sensor installed by Safety King. The service was excellent! Eric P. and Patrick S. were very professional. Most of the work was done outside, with the exception of installing the lint sensor. The technicians arrived on time and even took their shoes off when they installed the lint sensor. They showed us photos of the dryer vent before and after the cleaning and gave us full instructions for use of the lint sensor. The office staff was also excellent and easily reached by phone. Safety King emailed our appointment time and an access portal to maintain record of the service provided (work performed, photos and price). We highly recommend Safety King!

This is the third time I have used Safety King for my home. Eric was great to work with. He was very considerate of my home when he had to go to various rooms in the house to complete his work. My scheduled time was between noon and 2pm. Marcus showed up at 12.07, was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. I was shown the before and after pics and received them via email with my completed work order. I had had a kitchen remodel about 5 yrs ago and had a different company out a few months later (after the dust had a chance to settle) Obviously they didn’t get everything because I had dusty furniture only a day after I would dust and they showed me no pics. I can see in Marcus’ pics the dust is gone out of the ducts. I will use them again (I have an Australian Shepherd, long haired) when the time comes.

Eric came out and was very thorough in explaining the job and cleaning our vents. I’m extremely satisfied with the service, it was worth every penny. Before the service our household was suffering from chronic sinus infections, even our cat was sick with sneezing and watering eyes. After the vents were cleaned, my cats eye stopped watering within 30 minutes and has not been sneezing. We have been breathing much better and my sinuses have cleared up now. Amazing!!!

I chose Safety King based on my neighbor’s experience and reviews. I sent an email asking for an estimate for my 2,300-sq. home and within a day, I received both an email and a telephone call with the information and available dates. I immediately set up the service date and time, I was very happy how flexible the scheduling was accommodating my busy work schedule. Ryan and Chris showed up 10 min early, they were extremely professional, ensured the house was protected and handled themselves in the utmost efficient manner. They also were great with my dogs who were nosey wanted to see what they were doing! I would highly recommend and I will call them again as my need arise.

I called Safety King on Monday afternoon and Verna had Jason and Chris C out to the condo by Wednesday morning. On Tuesday I was sent a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians, which is a very nice feature. Upon arrival, 8 am, Chris and Jason explained the procedure, I showed them around and they went to work. The whole process took about 2 ½ hours including cleaning a second story dryer vent. Chris and Jason are both exceptional young men very polite, well-mannered, tidy and great representatives for Safety King. They even dusted a bit before they left. I would highly recommend both Safety King and these fine young men to anyone looking for air duct cleaning.

A series of events lead my wife and I to conclude that it would be in our best interest to have the air ducts cleaned in our house. Not knowing where to start, we turned to our HVAC dealer, Doty Mechanical of Lansing who in turn, recommended your company for service. On March 9th, I contacted your company and discussed our need with your customer service representative Katherine. She explained in detail the process which you use to provide the service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. On March 29th, your cleaning specialists, Ryan and Chad arrived at our house in the timeframe given to us. They carried out the service in careful, efficient manner keeping us informed at various times of the progress of the cleaning and making timely suggestions when necessary. Our experience with your company and the staff involved with our service has been excellent and we would highly recommend your service to anybody.

Vernon did an extraordinary job. Despite the fact that it was getting late in the day he refused to compromise on the cleaning and it just takes as long as it takes to do it right. These ducts probably had not been cleaned in 30 years and there had been lots of plaster work done during renovation. When he was done the photos showed the ducts shining and clean throughout. Great work and clean up on completion. I do flip homes and will use them again in the future.

The technicians took time to explain & demonstrate each step involved with the air duct cleaning. They had professional attitudes and were very helpful. They took the time to lay drop cloths, asked the homeowner the age of the paint, discussed potential risks of placing tape over newly painted walls, and cleaned up after themselves. I will hire these two technicians again!

Marcus was prompt and very informative. He made sure to explain everything that was going on throughout the process. He was even was upfront about any charges that may be extra before performing them (I have a crawlspace with air ducts in it). He even worked around me still going about my tasks in my home. This company is very reliable and professional. Having just built a new house the ducts were very dirty before we even moved in. They were full of drywall dust, saw dust, carpet fibers… We feel good knowing we are starting with a clean house so as not to aggravate allergies and asthma.

I’ve had Safety King clean my ducts in my old house. I had Jason and Tony as my technicians. First of all, I needed to change my time and they were very accommodating. The guys were right on time, extremely polite and very professional. They offered to go through the process to be sure I knew what was going to happen and why. They apologized whenever the process got a bit loud. Asked a number of times if I had any questions. I would say, “I don’t think so”, but then would think of a question. The guys were patient and at the end showed me the pictures of what was accomplished. GREAT JOB! My dryer vent was scary looking. I highly recommend that people get this done. It is such a fire hazard.

Even though they are a little more expensive than other airduct cleaning places it is totally worth it! Highly recommended!

Marcus and Eric arrived on time as scheduled and took just over 2 hours to complete the job. After I showed them around the house they explained what they were going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. I had a few questions which they answered satisfactorily. They then put on protective shoe coverings and went about their work professionally. Later, they offered a list of options, no high pressure, one of which they recommended; deodorizing, which I agreed to. When they were finished everything that was moved was put back into place; such as basement ceiling tiles, etc. They even installed a new furnace filter that I had purchased. This is my first experience with duct cleaning and I would recommend this company to anyone. Good job guys!!

I picked safety king due to all the reviews. They were prompt and very nice. They left no mess and told me of everything they were doing. I did choose to have my dryer duct cleaned. This turned out to be a good choice as it was almost clogged. It takes several hours but is well worth it. They may have saved me from a big disaster. Thanks.

Just a really good experience. Delora was good at setting up appointment and keeping me informed as to when Ryan would arrive. Ryan was friendly, courteous and professional. When he arrived he put down tarps and padding so nothing would be soiled or damaged. He was able to answer any questions we had and didn’t seem to mind us poking our nose in to see how he was doing. When finished everything was cleaned up and no mess was left for us. The difference in the amount of dust in our home now has been amazing. Eric did a great job cleaning our Air-Ducts. He walked me through the entire process and showed me before and after pictures. He even crawled up into our attic to clean the duct work that is located up there (the company that previously cleaned our air-ducts did not go into our attic). I would recommend this company to anyone. From my initial call until the job was complete, I was treated courteously. The two men who came to my home were very thorough and explained everything. I had a couple of questions that they answered promptly. I saw before and after pictures and they made some recommendations for me. This company does a great job!

Eric was very friendly, personable, and professional. He was very mindful that we just moved into a brand new home and took extreme care when setting up the equipment. When walking through our home he wore booties over his boots. The service was complete in less than 3 hours and we couldn’t have been happier with it. Before and after pictures of the ducts were provided at the end, and wow what a difference! Even in a brand new home! All drywall dust and foreign matter from the build was removed and the inside of the ducts were spotless afterwards.
