Bill and Eric did an outstanding job when cleaning our ducts! They were personable and professional, clearly explaining what they were doing. They also were not pushy about the extra services. They explained them and offered them, but also were honest about what ones I might consider based on their inspection. I have had another company come out in the past and felt that they basically did nothing, but charged me a ridiculous amount. Bill and Eric were here for 3 hours and thoroughly cleaned our ducts with picture evidence of the before and after. They were outstanding! Professional, courteous, and very careful not dirty or damage the house, they explained, in detail, what they were doing and what tools were being using. I was able to see before and after photos of important parts and Bill patiently went through the checklist I had printed out from the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) webpage – this checklist was also provided on Safety King’s website. Finally after talking about it for over 15 yrs, we finally had the ducts cleaned. Our Safety King techs, Bill & Tyler, were great! Vern, and Brad were out cleaning my ducts which hadn’t been cleaned in 58 years and they persevered until every duct looked like new inside. It seemed at times as if the blanket of dirt and dust was bonded to the metal duct. They had an assortment of tools which allowed them to access and clean every duct. They were very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and careful and the hardest working contractors I have ever used. Kerry set up the appointment at my convenience and sent Chris out the day before to walk me through the process and show me where they needed access to my duct work in the basement and on the main floor because I had a lot of questions. They sent the before and after pictures via email the next day. They called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and I was very satisfied. Mike Palazzolo called the next day to answer a few lingering questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Set up an appointment for air duct cleaning for Wednesday. Calin called Tuesday to confirm the appointment and provided an window when the crew would arrive Wednesday, 11a – 1p. The crew, Ryan and Chad, arrived right onetime, 11a, on Wednesday. The whole cleaning took about two hours. Ryan and Chad were friendly, efficient and thorough. I was shown pictures taken before and after the cleaning onsite – then received the photos via email from Calin later for record keeping. Could see the dust and debris before cleaning in some duct work, and see the polished clean duct work after. Ryan and Chad provided tips on keeping the duct clean when appropriate. Though it was a cold day and the back door needed to be kept open for vacuum tube to enter the basement, Ryan and Chad monitor the thermometer and make sure the temperature didn’t fall too low. For the price and the work performed. It is certainly worth it.

After completing a walk-though of the building they got right to work. They made sure to take special care to cover all the desks and work stations with plastic covers to prevent any possible dust from landing on them. Both Jason and Tony encouraged questions and comments and were completely happy to answer my questions during the cleaning process. After the technicians finished cleaning the duct work they packed all their equipment away and cleaned up every location they visited in the building. I had a positive experience from booking the appointment right through the cleaning process! Peter, my technician, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and process. I opted for the add-on Sporicidin for mold and bacteria. I experienced no strong odors and was completely happy with the cleaning. The before and after pictures helped too! From the first call with Calin M. at Safety King to the cleaning of the ducts by Jason D. and Tyler G. we had great service. Everyone at Safety King were very professional. We knew what would happen before anyone showed up to do the work from speaking with Calin M. Calin gave us date for the cleaning of our ducts but also put us on a call list if they had an opening before our schedule date (which they did) so we were able to get the cleaning done earlier. When Jason and Tyler showed up there explained what would happen and got to work. We just had our hardwood floors refinished so they made sure they covered them before doing any work. During the cleaning Jason showed us the before pictures of the ducts and then after the cleaning pictures. They did a fantastic job. Jason found a vent pipe that had a bad seal so he wrapped it in heat duct tape (he said he could not leave with loose and leaking heat duct). Both Jason and Taylor where very friendly and professional I would request them both when I have the duct cleaned again. When they left they made sure everything was sealed back up and clean. We would recommend Safety King to all our family and friends.

I was so pleased with the job that Tony and Vern did. They did such a complete job on everything that was done and after seeing the pictures, I could see that they really got the vents cleaned out, especially the dryer vent which was really plugged up. I will keep using Safety King. Kathy S. set up an appointment for us which was very helpful with our busy schedule. Bill T. and Kory T. were here at the exact appointed time, took off their shoes (and continued to remove their shoes every time they entered the house) and went through our home to check each room and explain what they would do. They then covered our floors and brought in their equipment. They immediately set to each of their tasks and got the job done in record time. Afterwards they showed us photos of before and after the cleaning. We were very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Thank you for sending a great team to our home.

Marcus was prompt and professional; taking the time to get the ducts clean, but also making sure that I understood the process. They were more expensive than some companies that I’ve used in the past, but the service and the results were exceptional. You get what you pay for.
