I had Derik and Peter out last week to clean my air ducts and they did a great job. They were super friendly (even let my 3 inquisitive dogs follow them around). I know the difference because several months ago, I made a mistake and choose a competitor to “clean” our ducts and then suffered cold-like symptoms for over three months. When it finally occurred to me that dust in the ducts was causing me to sneeze and be stuffed up, I called Safety King. What a difference they made. Their photographs showed that the other company failed to clean all of the returns and left debris in the other ducts (including a red children’s ball!). In addition to the expert cleaning of the ducts, they also did the small things like wiping down the furnace and the room where it’s located. When they cleaned and packed up all of their gear more than 4 hours later, our home looked as good as when they came. And within hours my head started to clear up. I highly recommend them and would never use any other company than Safety King.

Marcus and Pat came to the house on time and showed proper identification when entering the house. They were polite and professional. While I showed Pat where the vents where in the house he explained the process to me while Marcus started prepping the duct work in the basement to be cleaned. They place mats on the floor and corners where the large suction hose was ran to collect the dust and debris from the duct work. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. I sat in the kitchen while they worked and I could hear the debris going through the suction hose. They took before and after pictures and gave recommendations on future services. I was very happy with the end result and now have a piece of mind knowing that all the construction dust, dirt and left overs are not in my system and being blown into my house. Two excellent men, Peter and Nate, helped me with other issues on my furnace such as the filter to the furnace humidifier and a bathroom fan that wasn’t working. I called Safety King from another company suggestion. I needed an inspection of the neighbors smoke filtering into my condo unit. They made their comments to the management company of the condos. I am making an appointment for duct cleaning for April when spring is in the air. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courtesy, for the problem.

Just closed on a HUD house on Xmas Eve. Was trying to get appointments for different services I needed to fix up the house. I called Safety King and they were there almost the next day. After the 8/11/14 flood, I was miserable. Even after clean up, my house was left with a disgusting smell that clogged my sinuses and irritated my allergies. Furthermore, my hvac system tested positive for mold. I did some research on local vent cleaning services and Safety King came high recommended. I do not regret having my vents cleaned through them. The process was quick and aside from a lot of noise, I barely noticed they were here. The techs were very polite and actually gave me some good advice to keep my system clean in the future! After the Aug 2014 flood, my basement was completely submerged, which required us to have total duct work cleaning and sanitation. Safety King was recommended by two friends. We found scheduling any storm clean up to be a bit of a wait, and only waited two weeks for our service. The tech, Marcus showed up before the scheduled time and explained everything to us, and went straight to work. The entire process was approx 3 hours. Sporicidin was applied to prevent mold growth, and required us to leave for only one hour. Upon returning home the home smelled much better. Great service, professional tech, and would recommend company to others. P.S. thanx Marcus for playing with the dog too!
