I was very pleased with how courteous and respectful Tony and Jaden were. They arrived earlier than expected and I was unable to get my kitty out from under the bed. So they were careful not to disturb and frighten her. Leaving that room for last. They were very cognoscente of my comfortable as well since it was a cooler day and the furnace had to be turned off.

We’ve had Safety King clean the ducts at two of our homes where the previous owners had pets and ran the furnace without filters. The second home had also had a significant mold problem. He was right on time, took proper safety precautions with COVID, and worked seamlessly around other contractors in our home. He also recommended a different mold treatment product that was much better for my chemical sensitivities. Our house was built in 2006, so after 14yrs, we felt it was time to get the ductwork and dryer vent cleaned. I have year round allergies and felt a thorough cleaning could improve my condition. Eric and Tim did a great job! I had a duct cleaning plus a duct sealing in my supply and return trunk lines. I have insulated duct board (knauf board) and wanted the fibers to be covered so dust and pollen wont stick as much. Eric painted the inside of this board duct and cleaned everything thoroughly. Every aspect of my experience was stellar – online call back/appointment, accurate arrival time, thoroughness of technicians Bill and Jordan – all great. As a single woman it is sometimes harrowing to have strangers entering and working in your personal space. These 2 gentleman had an ease about them that made me feel comfortable. Both Jordan and Bill were very communicative, sharing tips on how I can increase the effectiveness of my dryer, AND they didn’t try to oversell. They work clean, double and triple check vents and access points. Bill even shared a good story about treasures found on the duct work of previous jobs. They were in and out in under 2 hrs in my 900 sq ft home. Price was as quoted and they offer a referral discount – so tell them I referred you!

Over all I’m very satisfied. My main goal was to reduce the amount of dust and improve air quality. About 2 hours after they started the process my wife and I noticed a big improvement in the air quality. I’m getting better air flow though all my vents. One bedroom has always bed cooler that the rest, this room is a couple degrees warmer. Also the upstairs bedroom is a little warmer. Before the process I had my thermostat set at 70. After they had the ducts clean I had to reset the stat to 69 since it was just a little too warm with the increased air flow. The workers did a good job, they were polite, respectful, worked unsupervised and they kept out of the way as much as possible. Everything went well, and it has made a huge difference in air quality. The air is fresher, easier to breathe, asthma isn’t as bad.

I received the reminder the day before of the time. The team of Jason and Jayden showed up on time even in the midst of a snow storm. The team kept everything clean while working with the dirty vents. Jason and Jayden answered all of my questions throughout the process. After having the ducts cleaned by Brandon C. at our former house, we requested him specifically to come to our new home in Chelsea, which was a considerably farther distance. Add in a snowstorm and Brandon was still on time and ready to get to work. It turned out that this home was a challenge considering the design of the duct work and finished ceilings leaving very little room for him to perform his cleaning. I first showed him how much dust was accumulating in the house in a short period of time, which was a major concern considering my allergies. We are very pleased with the work done by Safety King and the two technicians that performed the cleaning. The process was very efficient and they cleaned the furnace blower as well as the ducks. They checked the dryer vent as well. Care was taken to place covering over all floors and vents. We are very pleased and the air seems noticeably cleaner and fresh.

They’ve been providing their services for a long time, and fantastic with every detail. Ashlynn set us up with our appointment, she was very helpful and accommodating fitting us in when we needed. Eric arrived ready to rock, he was “the man” and it was a pleasure having him to service our home. We have two cats, and he was more than accommodating with ensuring their comfort. We were offered additional services to be completed alongside the air ducts. I elected for the dryer vent cleaning and the hot water tank cleaning, Eric informed me that the hot water tank looked good, so it wasn’t necessary at this time. Honesty that any consumer should value, Top notch services all the way, the only choice in my opinion.

Bill and Brandon were so professional and friendly. They did a great job with the air duct cleaning. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They even shoveled my snow!

The work done by Safety King was excellent. Chris and Ryan are true gentlemen and not only are polite but considerate in not causing any problem in my home. They kept everything clean and orderly and worked very efficiently.

Excellent service from Ryan and Jordan of Safety King. They arrived on-time within the narrow window and were polite throughout the entire service. Very in-depth knowledge and walked me through the process, answering all of my questions. It all took less time than estimated and results were fantastic – the before and after pictures really help you know if it was worth the trouble.

This is my second time using Safety King, the specialists that worked at my house were Nick T and Vernon G They were right on time very professional …. introduced themselves as soon as I let them in, they took their shoes off which is very important to me and should be to everyone else, very respectful …and went right to work . Very polite, felt like I’ve known them for years, also I felt very confident and secure with their work. They cleaned all the air duct and my dryer duct/vent and showed me before and after pictures after the job was completed. Very very satisfied with everything.. I look forward to using them again in the future, I’ve already recommended the company to 4 of my friends. Keep up the good work. The only thing I recommend is to wait till the spring time to do it because i had it done February 23. It does get cold inside the house even though they took every precaution to keep the door secured with blankets. But still glad I got it done.

Brandon and Jordan arrived on time and exactly as promised they did a bang up job a great great job. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. My house is warmer, feels cleaner and I’m able to breathe better. Thank you Safety King for having such professional people. 5Stars

Totally recommend this company! Each employee was very considerate and took the time to listen to your needs and fully explain services provided. The techs make sure not to leave any traces behind. With freshly painted walls and new carpet, it was a relief to see a company that actually cares/respects their customers and their property. I will definitely be using them again.

Jason and Jordan cleaned my dryer vent today 1/23/19 and they were very thorough and explained every step they were taking to clean it well. Showed pictures to me, and answered every question I had! I will go with Safety King from now on for air duct and dryer cleaning!

This company and their representatives are great! My mother and I would highly recommend them. Bill and Chris S. came to the home that we rent to service our boiler. They were quick, knowledgeable and courteous to our needs and concerns. They were more than happy to answer any questions that we had. They also made sure that everything on our boiler was put together correctly and working properly before leaving our home.

Technicians Eric and Brandon came out on time (they were even slightly early). Very professional and friendly. Both technicians provided information throughout the job regarding all the steps to cleaning the ducts, and also provided tips along the way regarding maximizing home efficiency of furnace. Technicians were very clean, ensuring carpets were protected, taking shoes off, etc. One of the best experiences I have had to date with any home service. Would highly recommend. Price quoted was price I paid.

I appreciated the fact that the first thing they did (as I’m a new customer) was go through my estimate and what they were going to do, so there was no surprises. They took pictures, did little things I didn’t expect like clean the vent covers. If you get what you pay for you will not be disappointed by the professionalism and courtesy that these guys have to offer. All I can say is that I made a great choice, I would recommend Safety King to anyone! Tony (the tech) got out of the truck said HI with a smile and introduced his self. He completely explained the whole procedure and asked if I had any questions. After inspecting the ducts he told me exactly what he was going to do & why, then asked again if i had any questions. The equipment was was amazingly clean and well maintained and Tony was very respectful of my home and myself. The entire experience was Great and when they left it was as if no work or equipment was ever in the house, it was as clean as it was before! Something that sticks in my mind is that Tony told me Safety King is a great company to work for, they give him the best equipment and tools available and it really makes it easy for him to do a good job. He seems proud to be working for them and it shows in his work in his work, Thank You!
