The air duct cleaning done at my home by Rob and Cory was done very professionally with the homeowner in mind. The work was started and completed on time by two very courteous and tireless workers. A job well done by all Safety King personnel.

Marcus was very courteous and did a very thorough job.
If there is one thing I would like to see them do extra it would be to carry a house vacuum or shop vac on their truck to clean up the floor after they are done. Pushing up as many ceiling tiles as they have to can create quite a mess on the floor as you can imagine. I think as with any contractor you have in your home the site should be left as it was found. But that is the only thing. Job well done!

Logan and Dylan worked well together. They made a good team pairing. Also, while Logan was doing the before and after meter reading Dylan gave a good rundown of what was being done, so I had an idea of what to expect. Through out the process I was given information on what they were doing and why. Made for a better understanding of what was going on. They showed they know what they are doing. They left me with the feeling the job was done properly.

These men were amazing in every way. They explained everything, took before and after pictures, explained everything and sent me the pics to keep.
I have lived in 5 states and have NEVER had such focused, conscientious service people. I didn’t feel like I needed to watch them either. They even put thick pads by my walls so as not to scrape up my paint. They treated me and my furbabies like family.

This was my first time ever having this type of service done so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Logan showed up on time and ready to work! He was polite and efficient and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions as I was curious about what was in our ducts. You know “out of sight, out of mind?” but once you realize what was “out of sight” it made me really glad I did this. Yes, the prep work is not fun but necessary. Although I have never had this done before, if you have and other companies have come and gone in a very short period of time…your ducts were either very clean or they didn’t do a good job. Logan was here for a little over 3 hours working the entire time. I will use Safety King again when it is time and will recommend them as well. Bravo!!!

August 24, 2023. I hired Safety King again for duct cleaning in our new home. Tony and Dominic were very helpful and courteous. This home has some unique ductwork, and they thoroughly worked all of it. The guys also took some extra time to use a camera scope to probe a problem area. Great job.

December, 2018. Bill and Patrick did a great job. They explained every step of the process and the equipment they used. They took great care, including hanging a blanket to help cover the open door and prevent some heat loss (It was 3 deg F when they arrived promptly at 8 am!) Safety King was a little more expensive than other companies, but everything felt right about it. The website was helpful, Katherine was knowledgeable and courteous on the phone, no hidden costs, and the guys on the job were thorough and friendly.

We had our entire home’s duct and also dryer duct cleaned in early April 2023 by Safety King. This is the 3rd time we use their service. Price was reasonable. They even honored a really old coupon we had back in 2020. My wife was coughing for a while before the service – and she never did cough that long before. Afterwards – relief! (We were overdue ~1 year on the service, so this shows the importance of doing this every ~3 to 4 years).

From Karrie, setting up my service on the phone, to Tony and Harley, who spent 3 full hours non-stop cleaning/vacuuming all ductwork, furnace, and AC coils, disinfecting ductwork, then cleaning dryer vent, I am amazed at the thoroughness, courtesy, and smiles during this task! Everything was explained to me ahead of time, and during, and, each step had to be understood and approved by me- it was all in writing, also. Before, during, and after photos were shared with me. All estimates/costs were totally upfront prior to start of work. Yes, I watched it all- and learned a lot! We were extremely skeptical to see two very young men show up and wondered what kind of service this would be. They were thorough, quiet, motivated, knowledgeable, serious (no horseplay or electronics), and immediately got to work. Ryan (#1) asked for specific duct locations, and explained what they were going to do before and after. They did a thorough clean-up when they were done, used canvas tarps throughout the house where ever they traveled, and slip on plastic boots over their shoes.

Your company came highly recommended by our neighbor (Miss Presley) across the street who hired your company last year. We would recommend your company again in a N.Y. minute We are waiting for the before and after photos that were promised.

By far the best for duct cleaning. I used them 5 years ago for our condo and was very pleased. Two years ago we bought a severely neglected poorly maintained home and used another company to clean ducts…and were extremely unhappy but wanted to wait for repairs and updates before cleaning ducts again. Tony and Rob clearly explained the cleaning process that Marcus had laid out for us on his initial assessment. They were very attentive to all aspects of the cleaning detail, arrived right on time, finished exactly when they estimated, cleaned up well, offered to help us move back furniture, were very respectful of my 97 year-old mother-in-laws daily schedule, and double-checked all their work. We’ve also had them clean the whole house air ducts and vents, and that makes a huge difference if you do it regularly vs if you don’t. Trust me. We presumed that the prior owners had done it regularly — they hadn’t — so we waited a reasonable number of years before getting it done. Hahaha. When we did schedule it, the ducts were disgusting, and afterwards there was a noticeable difference in our furnace’s efficiency. Again, now we get this done regularly on a schedule. Saves so much money in the long run! If you’re looking for vent or duct cleaning, go with Safety King!

I thought Tony was extremely polite, professional, explained things to me without trying to push products or services. He was clean and kept my floors clean and the air conditioning from escaping! I had him clean my ducts and then use an essential oils spray to disinfect my ducts. Ive had mind toxicity before and DO NOT want that again! I know that essential oils is the only way to finally kill the mold, viruses, and bacteria in a home or air ducts. They use it at schools instead of the toxic fumes. I know a lot about mold, and it is still toxic even after its been killed, so the last step is to use essential oils so the leftover fragments are not toxic. This is pretty new information, so I was very impressed that Safety King used this procedure. Tony was awesome! Thank you!
