They explained the process thoroughly and worked diligently on cleaning the dryer vent as well as the furnace/ac vents and ducts. They were very attentive to preparing and protecting the house while they worked with their equipment. Great cleanup after they finished. They answered all the questions I had and offered some additional options. They work great together and were very professional and personable. We will continue using Safety King.
