From Karrie, setting up my service on the phone, to Tony and Harley, who spent 3 full hours non-stop cleaning/vacuuming all ductwork, furnace, and AC coils, disinfecting ductwork, then cleaning dryer vent, I am amazed at the thoroughness, courtesy, and smiles during this task! Everything was explained to me ahead of time, and during, and, each step had to be understood and approved by me- it was all in writing, also. Before, during, and after photos were shared with me. All estimates/costs were totally upfront prior to start of work. Yes, I watched it all- and learned a lot! (There were 47 years of whatever in my ducts, as the first 20 years we heated with wood/oil furnace, then 27 years with natural gas- and nary a cleaning!)
