I was impressed with the thoroughness and care with which Ryan did his work. He did not appear to be in a hurry to get the job done and leave. Ryan seemed dedicated to following his protocols as set up by his employer. I was quite pleased with the results and would certainly use Safety King again for my duct cleaning.

The team was very nice, explained the whole process, and took care inside of our home. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Brandon was very courteous and efficient. We have 3 cats and he was sensitive to that fact. They did not seem to mind at all. He explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself and left the house just as he found it (except , of course, for the clean ducts and vents). All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

Not only were they polite and timely, they showed me the basics of my HVAC system and walked me through everything they were going to do, showing me the results as they finished various steps.
