I’m writing to you to express my delight in having received “World Class Customer Service” today (Feb 22).

I had the pleasure of meeting Pete & Vern, who did a wonderful job of cleaning my air ducts. They walked me through everything that was being done, answered any questions I had and were neat as can be. They even had booties to wear over their shoes! How special is that?

I’m happy with the service I received, the kindness I was shown and the care they gave to my home. For all these wonderful attributes you be happy to give them a nice fat bonus of cash for a job well done.
