There is not enough stars to rate this company. I’d give it a thousand, everything was top notch. I wish every company I’ve dealt with was this professional, honest and thorough.
Brandon was by far the best technician. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, kind….I would go on and on. He deserves tons of stars also. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Safety King is exactly what it advertises! From Karrie, setting up my service on the phone, to Tony and Harley, who spent 3 full hours non-stop cleaning/vacuuming all ductwork, furnace, and AC coils, disinfecting ductwork, then cleaning dryer vent, I am amazed at the thoroughness, courtesy, and smiles during this task! Everything was explained to me ahead of time, and during, and, each step had to be understood and approved by me- it was all in writing, also. Before, during, and after photos were shared with me. All estimates/costs were totally upfront prior to start of work. Yes, I watched it all- and learned a lot! (There were 47 years of whatever in my ducts, as the first 20 years we heated with wood/oil furnace, then 27 years with natural gas- and nary a cleaning!)

Right from the get go Safety King was on their game. Scheduling was simple and we even asked to be contacted for any earlier cancellations. Lucky enough we were able to get our ducts clean about 2 weeks early. The two guys that showed up the morning of were very nice and informative. They told us exactly what they were going to be doing and how long it will take. Process was easy and will use Safety King again!!!!

Brandon explained everything he would do, and showed us before and after pictures of our vents. He gave useful tips such as the possibility of installing a blower to move the air more efficiently to our colder rooms, and better dryer venting. He was very professional, unlike the first company I scheduled that didn’t show or call. They set the cost by the square footage of the house so you know what you’re paying.

Brandon came to the house on time, explained everything very well, did the work cleanly & professionally, advised on topics which never crossed our minds, which is appreciated. He is a very nice friendly gentleman, we are happy with the work & would remain as a customer. Thanks for everything.

I appreciated the fact that the first thing they did (as I’m a new customer) was go through my estimate and what they were going to do, so there was no surprises. They took pictures, did little things I didn’t expect like clean the vent covers. If you get what you pay for you will not be disappointed by the professionalism and courtesy that these guys have to offer. Safety King came through for us big time! We were a bit skeptical of the idea but the results are as clear as the air we’re breathing now! Vern and Devan were very polite and very kind to us: they ever tied up several little loose ends, that we had not considered, without heaping extra fees or surprises on us. I didn’t realize all the ins and outs of the duct cleaning but Vern had several alternative solutions ready: he definitely know what he’s doing! Very considerate! They left no trace when they left and no trace of the previous owners either (nicotine and dog hair like you wouldn’t believe! Now it’s all fresh air). Would recommend for sure. It’s an expense well worth it for any home buyers who don’t want any surprise allergies. Customer service was great! We got stood up twice previously by another company but Safety King kept their word!
