I was very pleased with how courteous and respectful Tony and Jaden were. They arrived earlier than expected and I was unable to get my kitty out from under the bed. So they were careful not to disturb and frighten her. Leaving that room for last. They were very cognoscente of my comfortable as well since it was a cooler day and the furnace had to be turned off.
Tony thoroughly explained every step of the process even though it was explained to me when I made the appointment. He also told us about a duct sealing process that they do which we are considering doing in the future.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience. My house smells fresher now and I would refer this company to anyone looking for duct cleaning and disinfecting.
