On March 9th, I contacted your company and discussed our need with your customer service representative Katherine. She explained in detail the process which you use to provide the service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. On March 29th, your cleaning specialists, Ryan and Chad arrived at our house in the timeframe given to us. They carried out the service in careful, efficient manner keeping us informed at various times of the progress of the cleaning and making timely suggestions when necessary. Our experience with your company and the staff involved with our service has been excellent and we would highly recommend your service to anybody.
