Zac was nothing short of amazing. He was professional and ensured he made no mess while cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. The weather was miserable and he made sure he brought none of it inside as he went in and out. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job was finished and showed me the before and after photos. He answered my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Safety King is truly the best company to work with.

Zac and Tony were a few minutes early before it was time to start the job at my home. I must say, I love that! Everything was explained thoroughly, I was shown what products Safety King had and they finish cleaning up everything without no fuss. The price was very clear, and there were no discrepancies. I loved their work. I would definitely recommend them to someone else. My experience in working with everyone from our Safety King has been 5 stars. if I could give stars 10 stars I would.

Zac and Jason were true professionals, they explained the whole process, they were neat and organized, they showed me the before and after pictures of the ducts were cleaned, what a difference, especially the dryer duct. They were very cautious had tarps to cover our hardwood floors, and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Safety King to clean your ducts.

These men were amazing in every way. They explained everything, took before and after pictures, explained everything and sent me the pics to keep.
I have lived in 5 states and have NEVER had such focused, conscientious service people. I didn’t feel like I needed to watch them either. They even put thick pads by my walls so as not to scrape up my paint. They treated me and my furbabies like family.
In the past, I’ve tried to get other companies to come out and they refused because I live in a condo… and I’m glad they did because I got the best!

This was my first time ever having this type of service done so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Logan showed up on time and ready to work! He was polite and efficient and didn’t mind me watching and asking questions as I was curious about what was in our ducts. You know “out of sight, out of mind?” but once you realize what was “out of sight” it made me really glad I did this. Yes, the prep work is not fun but necessary. Although I have never had this done before, if you have and other companies have come and gone in a very short period of time…your ducts were either very clean or they didn’t do a good job. Logan was here for a little over 3 hours working the entire time. I will use Safety King again when it is time and will recommend them as well. Bravo!!!

Tony, Zac, Delors and Joann were competent and professional at all times. I was given many opportunities to ask questions and Tony and Zac were patient and answered my questions thoroughly. Im happy to refer Safety King to friends and family.
