Would highly recommend Safety King, Tony was so helpful in answering all my questions. I have an April air humidifier on my furniture, never knew how to use it. Tony show me how to adjust it for winter and summer, and he clean out my dryer vent hasn’t been clean in 18 years ..really needed cleaning. We’ve had Safety King clean the ducts at two of our homes where the previous owners had pets and ran the furnace without filters. The second home had also had a significant mold problem. Everyone they’ve sent has been wonderful. For the second house, Brandon came out to do the work after they kindly squeezed us in before our new furnace install. He was right on time, took proper safety precautions with COVID, and worked seamlessly around other contractors in our home. He also recommended a different mold treatment product that was much better for my chemical sensitivities. We’ve been doing a full repair and renovation of our new home, and we’ve dealt with a lot of contractors. Brandon was by far the most personable person we’ve worked with – if there was a non-awkward way to say we should hang out sometime, I would have! We’ll continue to use and recommend Safety King.

Our house was built in 2006, so after 14yrs, we felt it was time to get the ductwork and dryer vent cleaned. I have year round allergies and felt a thorough cleaning could improve my condition. Our techs, Jason and Vern, explained the process, answered all our questions, and were very professional and courteous. We all wore masks and I felt comfortable with them being in our house. The post-photos did indeed show a definite improvement – thoroughly cleaned, down to the galvanized metal. I would highly recommend Safety King to anyone.

Eric and Vern arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do, and got right to work. Eric identified and corrected several problems created by our last duct cleaning service. He and Vern were professional and friendly. Even Boy Scouts don’t get better than this!

Entire experience was trouble free. Marcus answered my questions prior to scheduling my duct cleaning very clearly. Verna arranged a time and date that fit my family’s schedule. Eric was a true professional. He walked me thru the process when he arrived, offered some solutions that I hadn’t considered (dryer vent cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing). Then he proceeded to complete our duct cleaning. He took care of my home as if it was his own. I would recommend Safety King to anyone that owns there own home. After seeing the before and after results it really drives home to point of how important is to not overlook having your ducts cleaned!

Marcus was very pleasant, proficient and showed a great deal of knowledge of his profession. Besides a good job cleaning the dryer vent ducts he also gave me a few suggestions for future care to continue good air flow through the duct system from my gas dryer. Marcus additionally aided me in assessing an ice jam issue that was leaking over my exterior dryer vent duct cover.
