Safety King was great. The scheduler was very polite and even mentioned a coupon they had for the service as well. My appointment was today 10/8 at 9 am and Rick showed up 20 minutes early. That was refreshing to see someone show up early instead of late for a change. Rick was very knowledgeable and even advised on some more potential problems we might have. I appreciate that level of professionalism. Overall I would recommend this company for any duct cleaning.

Cannot recommend Safety King enough. They went above and beyond with great attitudes and professionalism. The way they clean ducts is so thorough it gives me great peace of mind that my family is breathing clean air. They didn’t pressure me into using their service, I knew what I was paying upfront. From the moment they stepped into my house they wore shoe covers and protected all of my floors where their hoses would touch. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner. Will never use another company for my ducts again.

Rick was great from beginning to end. He told me what he was going to do, he did it, and then walked me through the service that was provided. You really can’t ask for better than that! Plus he didn’t mind my nosy dog 🙂

Customer service (phone/ email correspondence) was top notch. Explained everything very clearly, easy to understand and follow. The technician who provided the service was prompt (actually a bit early) knowledgeable, and conducted himself with a level of professionalism becoming of the company itself. He was thorough, timely, and personable.
