Tony and Rob clearly explained the cleaning process that Marcus had laid out for us on his initial assessment. They were very attentive to all aspects of the cleaning detail, arrived right on time, finished exactly when they estimated, cleaned up well, offered to help us move back furniture, were very respectful of my 97 year-old mother-in-laws daily schedule, and double-checked all their work. They cleaned three furnaces and all related ductwork in our three-story, 120 year-old duplex. Needless to say, they got their steps in today!

Safety King was great. The scheduler was very polite and even mentioned a coupon they had for the service as well. My appointment was today 10/8 at 9 am and Rick showed up 20 minutes early. That was refreshing to see someone show up early instead of late for a change. Rick was very knowledgeable and even advised on some more potential problems we might have. Cannot recommend Safety King enough. They went above and beyond with great attitudes and professionalism. The way they clean ducts is so thorough it gives me great peace of mind that my family is breathing clean air. They didn’t pressure me into using their service, I knew what I was paying upfront. We’ve also had them clean the whole house air ducts and vents, and that makes a huge difference if you do it regularly vs if you don’t. Trust me. We presumed that the prior owners had done it regularly — they hadn’t — so we waited a reasonable number of years before getting it done. Hahaha. When we did schedule it, the ducts were disgusting, and afterwards there was a noticeable difference in our furnace’s efficiency. Again, now we get this done regularly on a schedule. I thought Tony was extremely polite, professional, explained things to me without trying to push products or services. He was clean and kept my floors clean and the air conditioning from escaping! I had him clean my ducts and then use an essential oils spray to disinfect my ducts. Ive had mind toxicity before and DO NOT want that again! I know that essential oils is the only way to finally kill the mold, viruses, and bacteria in a home or air ducts. They use it at schools instead of the toxic fumes. I know a lot about mold, and it is still toxic even after its been killed, so the last step is to use essential oils so the leftover fragments are not toxic. This is pretty new information, so I was very impressed that Safety King used this procedure. Tony was awesome! Thank you!

This past June I contacted Safety King to have my air ducts cleaned and I was so impressed with their service that I thought it would be good to have my air ducts sealed. All Covid protocols were followed and they walked me through my home and told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Tarps were placed on the floors and around the walls for protection. Both gentlemen were polite and professional. I think the name of this company should be changed to Safety King Service, inc. There not just a company, they highlight Service to their customers.

Ryan and Jeremy from Safety King did an excellent job cleaning my 2nd floor dryer vent. Weeks before the appointment, I cleaned it from the inside (behind dryer and separated and cleaned vent pipe running through attic), but realized it is critical to get the whole vent run cleaned from outside exit point using reverse air snake. It was literally snowing lint when they were cleaning it!
They also used an anemometer to check the air flow before and after cleaning and took pictures to highlight the drastic differences before and after. I used a few other companies in the past who would not even clean it from the outside because it was on second floor. Now I will only use Safety King in the future!

Bill and Dave were on time, very professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts as well as cleaning up after themselves. They were very thorough and the staff at the office were very helpful in making things happen. I will use Safety King again for sure.

Safety King did a great job if explaining every aspect of the work. They treated my home like it was a million dollar mansion laying drop clothes wherever the equipment might lay. They even Put a blanket in front of my stove and refrigerator to protect him from the vacuum hose that ran past it.

Great Experience! I had put off having my ducts cleaned for years. I researched the process and companies for a while. There as so many shady businesses that make these claims and either overcharge and/ or don’t perform what they say they have done. Safety King shows you pictures of before and after as well as walkthrough before and after with detailed explanation. You need ultra strong equipment with high psi rating to clean your system – commercial grade, not just a “strong” vacuum. And there should not be dirt and dust all over your house afterwards (that’s what happened to my neighbors using another company). This is the only company in metro Detroit who is certified other than a commercial restaurant cleaning company!

The work took about three hour to complete because of the remodeling that the house had just undergone. Bill and Tim did a fabulous job cleaning and resealing my voids and joints in my heating and cooling system. They found very large areas where my ductwork was not attached, or in other ways compromised. They patched the voids, and did the aerosol sealing. What a difference in my overall system performance. In the past, in my previous house I had a company come out and “clean” my ductwork and their process was a total waste of my money. The Safety King process is extremely effective and well worth the money. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Brandon was very courteous and efficient. We have 3 cats and he was sensitive to that fact. They did not seem to mind at all. He explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself and left the house just as he found it (except , of course, for the clean ducts and vents). All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

This was my first time getting my air ducts cleaned and let me just say, I am super impressed! Scheduled our appointment with Joanne she was very polite knowledgeable and informative. The technicians arrived on time and were very careful with their setup of drop cloths tubing and duct cleaning preparation after a short time they were finished and showed us video of before and after the cleaning and also cleaned our very long dryer vent hose. We used to dust every two weeks now it is once a month and nowhere near as much dust as there was before and also our drying time with our gas dryer is 15 minutes less than previously it was a very inexpensive service that will save us money and give us cleaner air for years to come. We wanted to have our ducts sealed and wanted to have the best company do the work. Only a handful of companies provide this service, and as part of our due diligence we interviewed and obtained quotes from Safety King and others. By comparison, Safety King stood head and shoulders above the rest, and their service was clearly the best in the business. Scheduling was easy and quick, and we received a phone call confirming the appointment the day before. The tech showed up on time, was extraordinarily polite and professional. Unlike some of the others there was no high pressure sales pitch, just a complete explanation of the services and the price. Their follow up was excellent as well. Based on my excellent experience I now recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Safety King, in particular Jason. He was on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. He explained to us exactly what he was going to do and, after a quick tour of our house to find all the cold air returns, he got right to work. Total time for the project was around 2 1/2 hours.

In addition to cleaning our air duct system and furnace fan, he had no problem with us adding a dryer vent cleaning as well. We were also pleasantly surprised to find on the work order that he performed a CO check to ensure there were no carbon monoxide leaks from the furnace.

He showed us before and after pictures of his work, which clearly illustrated the value of having our ducts cleaned, and tidied up thoroughly when he was finished. In addition to all that, we received a checklist that detailed everything he was supposed to do, and each item was completed as described.

I was very pleased with how courteous and respectful Tony and Jaden were. They arrived earlier than expected and I was unable to get my kitty out from under the bed. So they were careful not to disturb and frighten her. Leaving that room for last. They were very cognoscente of my comfortable as well since it was a cooler day and the furnace had to be turned off.
Tony thoroughly explained every step of the process even though it was explained to me when I made the appointment. He also told us about a duct sealing process that they do which we are considering doing in the future.

We’ve had Safety King clean the ducts at two of our homes where the previous owners had pets and ran the furnace without filters. The second home had also had a significant mold problem. Everyone they’ve sent has been wonderful. For the second house, Brandon came out to do the work after they kindly squeezed us in before our new furnace install. He was right on time, took proper safety precautions with COVID, and worked seamlessly around other contractors in our home. He also recommended a different mold treatment product that was much better for my chemical sensitivities. We’ve been doing a full repair and renovation of our new home, and we’ve dealt with a lot of contractors. Our house was built in 2006, so after 14yrs, we felt it was time to get the ductwork and dryer vent cleaned. I have year round allergies and felt a thorough cleaning could improve my condition. Eric and Tim did a great job! I had a duct cleaning plus a duct sealing in my supply and return trunk lines. I have insulated duct board (knauf board) and wanted the fibers to be covered so dust and pollen wont stick as much. Eric painted the inside of this board duct and cleaned everything thoroughly. Every aspect of my experience was stellar – online call back/appointment, accurate arrival time, thoroughness of technicians Bill and Jordan – all great. As a single woman it is sometimes harrowing to have strangers entering and working in your personal space. These 2 gentleman had an ease about them that made me feel comfortable. Both Jordan and Bill were very communicative, sharing tips on how I can increase the effectiveness of my dryer, AND they didn’t try to oversell. They work clean, double and triple check vents and access points. Bill even shared a good story about treasures found on the duct work of previous jobs. They were in and out in under 2 hrs in my 900 sq ft home. Price was as quoted and they offer a referral discount – so tell them I referred you!

Over all I’m very satisfied. My main goal was to reduce the amount of dust and improve air quality. About 2 hours after they started the process my wife and I noticed a big improvement in the air quality. I’m getting better air flow though all my vents. One bedroom has always bed cooler that the rest, this room is a couple degrees warmer. Also the upstairs bedroom is a little warmer. Before the process I had my thermostat set at 70. After they had the ducts clean I had to reset the stat to 69 since it was just a little too warm with the increased air flow. The workers did a good job, they were polite, respectful, worked unsupervised and they kept out of the way as much as possible. Everything went well, and it has made a huge difference in air quality. The air is fresher, easier to breathe, asthma isn’t as bad.

The office as well as the technicians are quite professional, reliable, and perform quality work. Will recommend to others. My third time using Safety King.

I received the reminder the day before of the time. The team of Jason and Jayden showed up on time even in the midst of a snow storm. The team kept everything clean while working with the dirty vents. Jason and Jayden answered all of my questions throughout the process. I did not feel like it was a business coming in to hide processes and the work was very thorough. After having the ducts cleaned by Brandon C. at our former house, we requested him specifically to come to our new home in Chelsea, which was a considerably farther distance. Add in a snowstorm and Brandon was still on time and ready to get to work. It turned out that this home was a challenge considering the design of the duct work and finished ceilings leaving very little room for him to perform his cleaning. I first showed him how much dust was accumulating in the house in a short period of time, which was a major concern considering my allergies. He explained that he would have to do things differently because of the access to the duct work, but assured me that he would get everything cleaned out. As before, Brandon came in with a great professional attitude that put my mind at ease that when he left, everything would be as promised. We are very pleased with the work done by Safety King and the two technicians that performed the cleaning. The process was very efficient and they cleaned the furnace blower as well as the ducks. They checked the dryer vent as well. Care was taken to place covering over all floors and vents. We are very pleased and the air seems noticeably cleaner and fresh.

Brandon explained everything he would do, and showed us before and after pictures of our vents. He gave useful tips such as the possibility of installing a blower to move the air more efficiently to our colder rooms, and better dryer venting. We have needed our air ducts cleaned for quite some time. I was hesitant on who to call as every single company says they’re the best. What actually made me make the appointment with Safety King is simple…they supported their community by being a sponsor for an inclusive playground at Riverbends (Shelby Twp) called Kids at Play. My daughter is going to be so excited to play there along side her peers.

They were conscientious of keeping my environment clean, laying out blankets to walk on, putting booties on over their shoes, and taping up vents/returns to minimize dust and debris from coming into the living space. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. They even had me walk through to make sure things were not damaged. Id highly recommend this team and Safety King to others.

Brandon was cheerful, thorough and accommodating of an hour delay in accessing the home. He was very careful to avoid tracking in debris and to route the vacuum house through a basement window. Even repaired a hole in a duct left by prior owner.

Eric arrived ready to rock, he was “the man” and it was a pleasure having him to service our home. We have two cats, and he was more than accommodating with ensuring their comfort. We were offered additional services to be completed alongside the air ducts. I elected for the dryer vent cleaning and the hot water tank cleaning, Eric informed me that the hot water tank looked good, so it wasn’t necessary at this time. Honesty that any consumer should value, Top notch services all the way, the only choice in my opinion.

She patiently answered all of our questions, provided us with a general estimate of the cost, and was able to schedule the appointment in a timely manner. We requested Jason as our technician, since he did such a fabulous job with Mom’s ductwork. The process Jason followed included a preliminary individualized inspection followed by consultation with to suggest only the procedures that he felt necessary, and were not pressured to “purchase” additional procedures that he didn’t believe were warranted. We found Jason to be knowledgeable, efficient, and meticulous to ensure the job was completed to perfection. We absolutely believe that this process has improved our sleep, freshened our house, and lessened our dusting requirements! The only thing I recommend is to wait till the spring time to do it because i had it done February 23. It does get cold inside the house even though they took every precaution to keep the door secured with blankets. But still glad I got it done.

Safety King came through for us big time! We were a bit skeptical of the idea but the results are as clear as the air we’re breathing now! Vern and Devan were very polite and very kind to us: they ever tied up several little loose ends, that we had not considered, without heaping extra fees or surprises on us. I didn’t realize all the ins and outs of the duct cleaning but Vern had several alternative solutions ready: he definitely know what he’s doing! Very considerate! They left no trace when they left and no trace of the previous owners either (nicotine and dog hair like you wouldn’t believe! Now it’s all fresh air). Would recommend for sure. It’s an expense well worth it for any home buyers who don’t want any surprise allergies. Customer service was great! Very professional & cleaned areas when work was complete. I would highly recommend their services. Also added dryer duct cleaning & micro bacterial spray in ducts. Price was very reasonable. Technicians will return to spray a sealant into my ducts to seal any small gaps. My ducts are in a crawl space & they had never been cleaned in my 18 yrs in the house. I really never gave duct cleaning a thought. I happened to get a new HVAC system & wanted the ducts cleaned. Win win for me.

Brandon and Vern cleaned our entire home ducting after we had problems from a recent foam injection causing blockage in several heating/cooling ducts. They were very thorough and helpful explaining in detail the problems caused by the blockages. They were able to remove all of the blockages from both the supply and return main lines and identified which distribution stacks still require further removal. Our duct cleaning was done by Marcus. Marcus was friendly, efficient and arrived promptly at our scheduled time. This is the real deal. I had a complete, thorough duct cleaning for our house, and was completely satisfied. The technicians who performed the work, Anthony F. and Josh B., did an outstanding job, were friendly, helpful, and informative. Whenever I had a question or wanted to see the process they were happy to show me so I could understand and see for myself. They updated me a couple times so I could track their progress. Even when they had to get into my crawl space through a small opening, they acted like it was no problem. I also had them apply Envirocon throughout the system because I liked its anti-microbial and freshening properties, which seemed to complete the service. I was very pleased with the duct cleaning team of Anthony P and Nicholas T. Both were professional and efficient. They took the time after the job was complete to show us a duct that was blowing heat into a drop ceiling. They covered with adhesive plastic to reduce the heat loss until we can run flexible duct work to a new vent. We appreciate that extra attention to detail.

I’m sending EXTRA THANKS to Vern for noticing a meter that was off in the basement Radon mediation system. Considering we recently moved in, our home inspector said everything was working fine a couple months ago. Vern noticed the unusual meter reading even though they were here just to clean my ducts! I had a radon company come out today and replace a faulty fan. Our family is so grateful as I would not know how long I would take to notice it!

Delora was able to schedule an appointment quicker then the next in line to avoid a conflict with new furnace install, technician Anthony was very knowable, quickly getting to the cleaning of the ducts. He informed me of what needed to be done and how he was going to accomplish the task. No mess, job well done. Would no doubt use Safety King in the future.

We had Anthony F. (Tony) at our house today to clean our duct work. He was absolutely professional, from his phone call alerting us to his arrival to his putting down drop cloths to his explanation as to what he would do. Our furnace is located in a very small enclosed area and he assured us it would be no problem to work with. It was around 20 degrees outside today. Tony was kind enough to put up a curtain at the front door to hold in a little bit of heat. He went right to work and asked many times if we had any questions. All in all, it would be great if all service people who came to our house were like Tony!

I had Ryan C and Anthony P come out to clean my duct work and dryer vent. They arrived right on time and first came in and introduced themselves. Both very polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They did a great job. They are great representation for Safety King. Your employees are trained very well in explaining all the services they are preforming as well as other services you offer. The etiquette that they have you just do not see any more with service people. Your company was recommended to me. Our son had allergies to the pets we used to own, even after getting rid of the pets though he still had allergies. We called Safety King and Billy & Patrick came out to clean our air ducts. They also treated the ducts and his allergies has drastically reduced since getting them done!

This duct cleaning experience was even better than we had anticipated. Chris did a fantastic job from his set-up through finish. It happened to be a very cold day, 2 degrees above zero. He made every attempt to keep the heat in the house, keeping the doors and windows sealed off as much as he could. He walked us through the process before the job, and after. It all lasted about 3 1/2 hours. When he was done, we could already notice the difference, as the sun was brightly shining through our windows in our home, and we could see very few dust particles milling about in the rays. In the days following, our sleep is like a breath of fresh air..a noticable difference from allergy symptoms. We also notice a much cleaner home as dusting seems to be not needed. Great job…very worth the cost…will highly recommend to even my most picky friends. Might I also share the fact that the scheduling and explanation of service was well handled by Verna on the phone. My experience was comfortable and not high pressred at all, as most people expect when the call a contractor. She was even thoughtful enough to re-schedule us earlier, as we preferred, when a cancellation left an opening. Thanks again to Safety King.

Eric introduced himself, and was professional and friendly, told me what to expect, and got immediately to work. He took picture before, and after the job and explain in full detail between the two. I had a friend use Safety King years ago and after being disappointed by other companies in the past I researched until I found Safety King’s contact information and I knew that was who I wanted to complete the job. I am so happy that I did! Marcus was very professional and on time and completed the job as promised. I had them clean my ducts, furnace, and dryer vent. The vacuum was so powerful that he found a toy tonka truck in the duct work that was left behind by the previous owners. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Eric was a great people person and a hard worker. It was sloppy and snowy outside and he kept his snowy shoes by the door every time. I followed him around a bit and asked lots of questions. He took the time to answer and show me what’s up. The before and after pictures were great to see. Safety King was a more expensive than I hoped, but at least it’s done and I’m confident it was done well.

I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday… for the first time in the 25 years I’ve lived here. Had a new furnace installed a month ago and the furnace company recommended Safety King. I trust my furnace company, so I was sure Safety King would do a good job. I am pleased to say that they exceeded all my expectations! Eric P. was excellent at what he does… very professional, efficient, neat and clean. I was nervous about the house getting dusty and having things disrupted. Not the case… he obviously had a proven routine and things went along in a very organized manner. Eric took great care to not damage my home by laying thick cloths from the entrance to the furnace room. He also hung a heavy protective curtain at the back entrance to keep as much cold air out as possible. When he left, my home was as he found it… not a trace of dust, or anything out of place. Only difference was very clean air ducts! Additionally, I have an indoor cat who is afraid of the world. I secured her in a pet playpen, but she was still very frightened of the noise. Eric was very careful to be as quite as possible when he entered the room she was in, he even “talked” to her when he was finishing in that room… it was a very kind, personal touch that you don’t often experience. I was very impressed with their technology of showing me a video of the ducts before and after, sending me a receipt and before/after photos within minutes of completing the job. I also appreciate the detailed email they sent me a few days prior to the appointment. Eric was careful with our home, worked quickly and efficiently, explained what he would be doing, showed us photos, and discovered a problem that has been present for 19 years. We just moved from Ohio one week ago, so Eric was able to show the clear cause of a situation that previous owners didn’t know was going on. One of the air ducts in a room addition had been crushed during construction. Also, the before and after photos of the 67 year old house showed a “like new” condition after the cleaning process. Katherine, was very helpful in setting up our appointment and helping us realize there was a problem with the tax assessment’s square footage of our home. Our home is 1649 sq. ft. and they listed we had 2400 square feet with a full finished basement. VBT came over and confirmed our living space was the smaller amount. She also sent us an e-mail with pictures of the service people to expect. Thank you Katherine. Jason and Vernon arrived on time and showed us their credentials and inspected the house and explained what they would be doing. They were very nice and helpful the whole time and encouraged us to ask questions and not to worry about interrupting them. Vernon explained how our cat might react and how to help calm him. We decided to place him in his carrier and set him by us. Vernon placed film over all our ducts while Jason cut holes to setup the machine they would be using. The holes were sealed over when they left. We had been under the impression they would film the inside of the ducts as they cleaned and we’d get a copy. They took still pictures instead of the before and after and showed them to us and then they were e-mailed to us. They do film in certain cases. During the preparation Jason discovered one of the main ducts to our furnace had a large cut out hole and a bracket from what was believed to be a humidifier. that had not been sealed over when we had our new furnace and humidifier put in fall of 2016. Jason said a lot of heat loss was probably coming from it. He repaired it at no charge. They were very through and the job wasn’t any mess or dust as we expected. They did a through cleanup – except for leaving their hat behind. We’ve noticed we aren’t sneezing as much and no longer have a bad draft in our bathroom (it is probably from the hole being sealed directly under it). They are a bit pricier then other places we called, but our they also didn’t quote one price and then come in and add 50-75% to it as our friend had happen to her. All and all we were pleased with the service received and hope to see a lot less dust.

Eric did a 5 star job on our air duct cleaning. He was on time, friendly, informative and efficient. As usual, Safety King’s equipment did a thorough job of getting all the dust and dirt from our ducts and we’re all set for winter. This is our third time using Safety King for our ducts and we are always satisfied with the service.

I have used Safety King for about 20 years and though they are not the lowest in cost for air duct cleaning, they are the BEST. I have allergies and asthma and Safety King has always done a top notch job. When I downsized to a smaller house 11 years ago, they were able to solve the cigarette smell in the duct work left by previous owners with one of their productst. Every 4-5 yrs they clean the ducts and they spray a hospital safe mold remediation product to further clean the air. I know I will have a clean indoors for the winter months ahead. The specialists that come out are knowledgable and are not in a hurry. They do a thorough job, taking adequate time, and then taking pictures of before and after of your ducts. There are other companies out there but I have never tried them because when you can breathe clean air, are happy, are safe, and have had excellent service, why look? Bravo to Safety King! Not paid or asked to say this at all… I just stand by them after several satisfied years of using their service. Katherine is wonderful on the phone, answering any questions with a smile. And this time around, Eric and Josh were polite, on time, and did a fabulous job!

Anthony was an excellent air duct tech and we sincerely appreciated his professionalism. He was on time, had a great disposition, and clearly knew how to handle his responsibilities. Marcus arrived on time, he was very professional and personable. He knew his job, spent a lot of time checking all the registers before he started up the vacuum etc. Afterwards he explained again what he did, showed me photos of what he had found and suggested 3 other items that he felt needed to be done. He explained the extra cost along with 2 of the items had $10 off coupons, also advised me that I was eligible for a senior discount. I chose the items that he suggested and he subsequently performed these items. He cleaned up very well after he was completed. I was extremely pleased with the job and he definitely deserves 5 stars. I will definitely recommend Safety King to my friends and relatives and will advise them to ask for Marcus. The 2 man crew that came out arrived within the time frame given when I set the appointment up, explained the whole process to me once they were there, gave me a time frame of how long it would take, and were very efficient. Purchased a new home that had been empty for quite some time and decided it would be a good idea to have the air ducts cleaned. Delora and Anthony at safety King were very professional. They were very informative on the procedures that they would do and took before and after pictures as well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Eric was courteous and professional. He layed down protective cloths to protect our floors and even to protect the walls the giant vacuum hose might contact. The whole process took 2 hours for our 1400 sq. ft. home. Photos before and after. And not some stock photo, I saw him take the pics and show me right away. The ducts look great and he even found a Blues Clues toy that was dropped down by one of the previous owners. Very happy.

We were extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service provided by Tony and Bill. Thorough explanation of work (before / after) together with photos was appreciated. No fuss, no mess. Even offered to move furniture back into place.

Eric and Nicholas arrived promptly and went right to work. They first reviewed each room to locate heating and cold air return vents and then covered the vents. They were very careful to set up mats so as to not damage wood flooring or moldings with the large tubes used to do the duct cleaning. They worked efficiently and to our surprise were finished with our 2,340 square foot home in two hours. They cleaned up and asked us to inspect each room to make sure we were satisfied with the work done and the condition of our home. We inquired about several other services and Eric told us we did not need the services. We are very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend Safety King.

Tony and Jason did an EXCELLENT job!!! EXCELLENT! They worked from 8:40 AM – 6:00 PM cleaning out old ducts. Tony and Jason used the word “horrible” several times when describing what they were finding! They were exceedingly polite, conscientious, hard-working and very respectful of our home and its contents. They worked hard!! They did an excellent job educating us about the process – before, during and after the process. Plus… they laughed at my jokes! Always a good thing! The supervisor, Chris, did a terrific job inspecting our home before the technicians arrived, and gave us a clear overview of the entire scenario. Safety King showed itself to be efficient , effective and very successful. All in all, we are very happy that Safety Kind cleaned our air ducts. Now what can they do about poverty and hunger?

I can not believe the gunk they cleaned out of my system. Left me with the greatest peace of mind ever. Tony (Anthony) and Jason were so very professional and spent time to talk to us about our concerns and needs. The results were amazing! I bought a used trailer that I’m guessing never had the venting system cleaned, there was all kinds of dirt and things in the vents. I am very impressed by the service provided to us by Safety King. We had our air ducts cleaned. When I scheduled my appointment, Katherine explained the entire process to me. The day before the service, I received an email with pictures of their employees. The day of the service, the men arrived early (after a phone call to get approval). 1. This was my first time getting the vents cleaned. The customer service rep patiently explained the whole process to me which was very useful. Later I would call two other places for quotes and though I was getting better rates, I decided to stick with Safety King because of my phone interaction with the customer service rep. 2. I got an email with the names and faces of my cleaners the day before so when Jason and Vernon showed up it felt like I already knew them 3. Jason and Vernon were super nice to interact with and very professional 4. Since I was busy I did not supervise or inspect everything that was going on but the before and after pictures suggest improvements in the dust situation. Here’s to better breathing and fewer dust allergies! I wish Safety King and their employees success in their business.

Rodney’s mother called and said she was there when Eric did the job and that Eric was great!! He explained everything and was very complete on cleaning. She was very happy and said that is was so nice to know that when she had her home ducts cleaned by us a few years ago, we did a great job she was afraid that it was just because of the technician that did the job. Tony (Anthony) and Patrick did an awesome job cleaning our air duct. They are VERY courteous and very knowledgeable about the work. They showed before and after pictures. They run the number and confirmed with us about the things that we’d like to be done before they did the work. And make sure we have the internet coupon. I have work with lots company at this time doing house improvement and very rare they would do this. Safety King was extraordinarily professional from the beginning all the way through to the end. First, they called the day before to remind me of my appointment, and told me the technician would be coming to my house between noon and 2 pm. Then, when I asked her if there was any way he could come a little earlier, she said, “I can’t guarantee anything, but I’ll certainly ask him.” The next day, around 10:30 am, the same woman called me and said, “OK, the technician could be at your house within a half hour. Do you still want him to come earlier?” Sure enough, Eric was at my house by 11 am. He only needed me for about 5 minutes to walk him through the house and show him where the vents were and where the furnace was. From there on, he pretty much did everything by himself within about 3 hours, including cleaning the air ducts AND our horribly disgusting dryer vent (filled with about the equivalent of a tall kitchen garbage bag full of lint!!!). At the end, he cleaned up any mess left behind, including the lint that got onto our driveway from the dryer vent. He showed me photos of the ducts and dryer vent duct before and after, and I was astonished at how much stuff he cleaned out…especially from the dryer vent. He then showed me a menu of additional services offered by Safety King in case I was interested in any extras, but he said he didn’t really think my house needed them. An honest technician? Remarkable. This company clearly knows what they’re doing, both technically and with respect to customer service. They even reduced my cost by about $60 when he realized that my dryer vent came out on the ground floor (even though the dryer is on the second floor). They charge more if they need a ladder to reach the dryer vent, but when he saw he didn’t need the ladder, he reduced the bill. If he had left the charge the same, I probably would not have figured it out, and I think Eric knew that. But he’s obviously an honest guy and did the right thing by subtracting the $60. I would use them again in a heartbeat. High quality, honest, expedient service. You definitely get what you pay for!!

We had our dryer vent cleaned and a lint sensor installed by Safety King. The service was excellent! Eric P. and Patrick S. were very professional. Most of the work was done outside, with the exception of installing the lint sensor. The technicians arrived on time and even took their shoes off when they installed the lint sensor. They showed us photos of the dryer vent before and after the cleaning and gave us full instructions for use of the lint sensor. The office staff was also excellent and easily reached by phone. Safety King emailed our appointment time and an access portal to maintain record of the service provided (work performed, photos and price). We highly recommend Safety King!

This is the third time I have used Safety King for my home. Eric was great to work with. He was very considerate of my home when he had to go to various rooms in the house to complete his work. My scheduled time was between noon and 2pm. Marcus showed up at 12.07, was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. I was shown the before and after pics and received them via email with my completed work order. I had had a kitchen remodel about 5 yrs ago and had a different company out a few months later (after the dust had a chance to settle) Obviously they didn’t get everything because I had dusty furniture only a day after I would dust and they showed me no pics. I can see in Marcus’ pics the dust is gone out of the ducts. I will use them again (I have an Australian Shepherd, long haired) when the time comes.

Eric came out and was very thorough in explaining the job and cleaning our vents. I’m extremely satisfied with the service, it was worth every penny. Before the service our household was suffering from chronic sinus infections, even our cat was sick with sneezing and watering eyes. After the vents were cleaned, my cats eye stopped watering within 30 minutes and has not been sneezing. We have been breathing much better and my sinuses have cleared up now. Amazing!!!

I chose Safety King based on my neighbor’s experience and reviews. I sent an email asking for an estimate for my 2,300-sq. home and within a day, I received both an email and a telephone call with the information and available dates. I immediately set up the service date and time, I was very happy how flexible the scheduling was accommodating my busy work schedule. Ryan and Chris showed up 10 min early, they were extremely professional, ensured the house was protected and handled themselves in the utmost efficient manner. I called Safety King on Monday afternoon and Verna had Jason and Chris C out to the condo by Wednesday morning. On Tuesday I was sent a confirmation email with pictures of the technicians, which is a very nice feature. Upon arrival, 8 am, Chris and Jason explained the procedure, I showed them around and they went to work. The whole process took about 2 ½ hours including cleaning a second story dryer vent. Chris and Jason are both exceptional young men very polite, well-mannered, tidy and great representatives for Safety King. They even dusted a bit before they left. A series of events lead my wife and I to conclude that it would be in our best interest to have the air ducts cleaned in our house. Not knowing where to start, we turned to our HVAC dealer, Doty Mechanical of Lansing who in turn, recommended your company for service. On March 9th, I contacted your company and discussed our need with your customer service representative Katherine. She explained in detail the process which you use to provide the service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. On March 29th, your cleaning specialists, Ryan and Chad arrived at our house in the timeframe given to us. They carried out the service in careful, efficient manner keeping us informed at various times of the progress of the cleaning and making timely suggestions when necessary. Our experience with your company and the staff involved with our service has been excellent and we would highly recommend your service to anybody.

Vernon did an extraordinary job. Despite the fact that it was getting late in the day he refused to compromise on the cleaning and it just takes as long as it takes to do it right. These ducts probably had not been cleaned in 30 years and there had been lots of plaster work done during renovation. When he was done the photos showed the ducts shining and clean throughout. Great work and clean up on completion. I do flip homes and will use them again in the future.

The technicians took time to explain & demonstrate each step involved with the air duct cleaning. They had professional attitudes and were very helpful. They took the time to lay drop cloths, asked the homeowner the age of the paint, discussed potential risks of placing tape over newly painted walls, and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve had Safety King clean my ducts in my old house. I had Jason and Tony as my technicians. First of all, I needed to change my time and they were very accommodating. The guys were right on time, extremely polite and very professional. They offered to go through the process to be sure I knew what was going to happen and why. They apologized whenever the process got a bit loud. Asked a number of times if I had any questions. I would say, “I don’t think so”, but then would think of a question. The guys were patient and at the end showed me the pictures of what was accomplished. GREAT JOB! My dryer vent was scary looking. I highly recommend that people get this done. It is such a fire hazard.

Marcus and Eric arrived on time as scheduled and took just over 2 hours to complete the job. After I showed them around the house they explained what they were going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. I had a few questions which they answered satisfactorily. They then put on protective shoe coverings and went about their work professionally. Later, they offered a list of options, no high pressure, one of which they recommended; deodorizing, which I agreed to. When they were finished everything that was moved was put back into place; such as basement ceiling tiles, etc. They even installed a new furnace filter that I had purchased. I picked safety king due to all the reviews. They were prompt and very nice. They left no mess and told me of everything they were doing. I did choose to have my dryer duct cleaned. I would recommend this company to anyone. From my initial call until the job was complete, I was treated courteously. The two men who came to my home were very thorough and explained everything. I had a couple of questions that they answered promptly. I saw before and after pictures and they made some recommendations for me. This company does a great job!

Eric was very friendly, personable, and professional. He was very mindful that we just moved into a brand new home and took extreme care when setting up the equipment. When walking through our home he wore booties over his boots. The service was complete in less than 3 hours and we couldn’t have been happier with it. What a pleasant surprise to find a company that is staffed with experienced and professional team members. Not only that but they were very polite and pleasant to have in our house. I never recommend company’s to relatives, in this case I will brake that rule and tell every one about what a great experience its been.

We moved into a new home and decided from all the dust balls that had accumulated on the wood floors that the air ducts might be in need of a cleaning. We were right about that. The air ducts were filled with construction crud; as well as the motor. The entire system needed a special after construction touch-up from the experts at Safety King. We were very lucky to get Vern and Brandon as our on-site team ; they were very efficient, punctual, and professional – they explained every part of the job, prior to starting it. I was fully aware of where they were and what task they were working on at all times. We discussed what they had accomplished at the end of the job; showed me pictures of the before and after of the ducts and the furnace engine – needless to say they were spotless – all the crud was gone, I couldn’t have expected a better crew – they seemed to love what they were doing.

Brendan and Nicholas did a great job vacuuming my heat and air vents. They were very professional and arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and answered our questions. Both Brendan and Nicholas were courteous. After cleaning the HVAC system, we saw before and after pictures of the furnace system (which is located in a crawl space). This service was completed on a rental house in Port Huron, Michigan. A recommendation was made regarding the furnace filter. Both young men did a great job and my husband and I are very pleased. Anthony from Safety King was wonderful when he and Brandon came to my home for a full day of duct cleaning this week. They were clean and respectful during the entire process of my home and my family. Great company. The two young men who serviced our home were wonderful. They communicated clearly with us throughout each step of the duct cleaning process, and they were efficient and professional. But the bottom line is: our ducts were filthy, and they cleaned all of them plus our furnace intake to the point where they almost looked new. Also, they take before and after pictures to show you, and they keep those on file with your home records as well. Definitely a service worth having done if you’re in an older home (like ours, which we remodeled), have any construction taking place in the house, or just haven’t had them cleaned in a while. It feels so much better knowing that we had this done–that we have cleaner air. The Techs from Safety King once again did a spectacular job and went as far as some extra cleaning that needed to be done w/furnace – all included in the price. Guess I do a good job cleaning the dryer vent out and after inspection they deemed it not necessary to clean and took that off the bill. I get their service done every 5 years and is well worth the money invested and I would highly recommend Safety King and there professional services!

Bill & Brendan did an excellent job with my duct cleaning. In fact, Bill had come with another team member about 2 weeks earlier and noticed a problem with my cold air returns which prevented them from doing the work at that time. Essentially, the prior owner had left an 8 x 4 section of cold air return missing. Even my home inspector had NOT noticed it 12 months before. However, Bill expertly explained how I could fix it cheaply and effectively. When they came out 2 weeks later, they did a great job and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were there except for the squeaky clean vents & furnace!

I called them to clean out my gas gravity furnace which had net been cleaned ever! 70+ years. It was filled with soot. Well Marcus got every spec of soot and dust out to the point that it looked brand new and my furnace man took his number for a reference. He was so impressed! And so am I! Great company. Vernon and Chad were wonderful. They cleaned my dryer vent as I was getting a new washer and dryer this morning. I needed to have my ducts clean after my husband forgot to turn off the furnace when he put drywall up in our basement. The two technicians Chris C. and Bill explained the entire procedure (which I did not understand anyway), took off their shoes, covered my floors as not to get my dirty and went to work. I was a little nervous about their putting holes in the ductwork as we have a painted ceiling. They assured me that would be no problem. And it wasn’t. They vacuumed the basement, and cleaned up their mess. They were friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I heard a lot of something moving through my ducts, so I know the machines power was quite strong. I can’t wait to see a big difference in the before and after pictures.

They deserve 10 stars. Awesome company. Highly recommend them!! Lots of remodeling in home and that created lots of dust and dirt circulating throughout our home. If you went barefoot, even after sweeping, they would be dirty. Our vents were black. Safety King did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts and vents. Vents are no longer black. Feet are clean when walking barefoot in home. So glad we found them!!! We also had Safety King Aeroseal the duct work. Wow!! Now our furnace and /or AC run more efficiently and less often, Which translates to lower utility bills and $$ saved. I highly recommend them.

They then checked the vent and found my problem. They explained it to me and were in and out in less then an hour. We had a very good experience with Safety King. They showed up right on time for our appointment at 8am on a Saturday morning. Nick and Tony were very professional, informative and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing, took before and after photos of the ducts themselves, cleaned the furnace, checked the dryer vent, etc. He had to go in ad out to the truck several times and each time he re-entered the house he put shoe covers on to protect our hardwood floors and carpeting. He laid packing blankets on the floor before bringing in hoses, etc. I will highly recommend them. Thank you Bill!

Since the air ducts and furnace were just cleaned a few hours ago I have no way of judging how it will effect my heating and cooling systems, but based on the photos Jason showed me, there should be great improvement. Jason and Eric arrived on time, they were very pleasant to deal with and they took great care to not have the equipment mark up the floors and walls. They explained everything to me and did not pressure me to add other services. They checked the dryer vent flow and told me it was great so I did not need to have dryer duct cleaned.

The before and after pictures were like night and day! The service was a little bit pricey, but we definitely got our money’s worth! These ducts probably haven’t been cleaned in over 20 years! We had at least an inch of dust on the bottom, and we could see the metal after he was done. Good job! He really worked his butt off!

Marcus was very thorough, conscientious, and thoroughly explained the process. He was very careful of the corners so as not to damage them and left our home spotless, so I didn’t have to go around and clean up after him.. Anthony and Chad spent about four hours in my 2400 sq ft home. They were friendly, professional, and extremely clean. The charge was over $500 but lasts five years. They cut holes in the basement ducks to blow out the dust. I used to see dust on my dining table every other day. It has been over a week and I see no dust.

The service technicians for Safety King were very professional and the ducts are really clean. They cleaned our ducts almost a week and a half ago and I believe it has made a huge difference in our dust levels that come into the home as well as what we are breathing in. Amazing professional and efficient service! I couldn’t believe how professional and particular this team was… They took the time to show me photos of before and after cleaning. Safety King (Kathy, Bill, and Eric) cleaned our duct work and dryer vent. Professional, courteous, and very careful not dirty or damage the house, they explained, in detail, what they were doing and what tools were being using. I was able to see before and after photos of important parts and Bill patiently went through the checklist I had printed out from the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) webpage – this checklist was also provided on Safety King’s website. Arriving on time, Bill and Eric finished the job in the amount of time quoted to me. A wonderful experience and clean ducts!!!

Finally after talking about it for over 15 yrs, we finally had the ducts cleaned. Our Safety King techs, Bill & Tyler, were great! They took before & after photos, made sure the mats were down so nothing got on the carpeting or floors, explained the procedure & did a great job. Vern, and Brad were out cleaning my ducts which hadn’t been cleaned in 58 years and they persevered until every duct looked like new inside. It seemed at times as if the blanket of dirt and dust was bonded to the metal duct. They had an assortment of tools which allowed them to access and clean every duct. They were very patient, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and careful and the hardest working contractors I have ever used. Kerry set up the appointment at my convenience and sent Chris out the day before to walk me through the process and show me where they needed access to my duct work in the basement and on the main floor because I had a lot of questions. They sent the before and after pictures via email the next day. They called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and I was very satisfied. Mike Palazzolo called the next day to answer a few lingering questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Set up an appointment for air duct cleaning for Wednesday. Calin called Tuesday to confirm the appointment and provided an window when the crew would arrive Wednesday, 11a – 1p. The crew, Ryan and Chad, arrived right onetime, 11a, on Wednesday. The whole cleaning took about two hours. Ryan and Chad were friendly, efficient and thorough. I was shown pictures taken before and after the cleaning onsite – then received the photos via email from Calin later for record keeping. Could see the dust and debris before cleaning in some duct work, and see the polished clean duct work after. Ryan and Chad provided tips on keeping the duct clean when appropriate. Though it was a cold day and the back door needed to be kept open for vacuum tube to enter the basement, Ryan and Chad monitor the thermometer and make sure the temperature didn’t fall too low. For the price and the work performed. It is certainly worth it.

Verna set up my appointment and Jason and Tony were there right on time. Tony and Jason covered my carpets up and did there job to perfection. They explained what they were going to do and told me we should see improvement in the amount of dust we have in the house. I have before and after pictures of the duct work they cleaned up everything that came out of the duct work. They worked great as a team.

Both Jason and Tony encouraged questions and comments and were completely happy to answer my questions during the cleaning process. After the technicians finished cleaning the duct work they packed all their equipment away and cleaned up every location they visited in the building. Jason showed me before and after pictures of all the work he and his partner did while working and let me know that these pictures would be emailed to me in three to five days.

Safety King was at my son’s Historic home on 11/09/15 they were at his home close to 4 hrs. Peter and Chad arrived on time which I liked. They took their time cleaning out all air ducts which had not been cleaned since the house was built in the 1920’s I’m sure. I had a positive experience from booking the appointment right through the cleaning process! Peter, my technician, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and process. I opted for the add-on Sporicidin for mold and bacteria. I experienced no strong odors and was completely happy with the cleaning. The before and after pictures helped too! I highly recommend Safety King and would use them again. My friend and I had back to back appointments and Peter arrived and completed the work within the time specified. From the first call with Calin M. at Safety King to the cleaning of the ducts by Jason D. and Tyler G. we had great service. Everyone at Safety King were very professional. We knew what would happen before anyone showed up to do the work from speaking with Calin M. Calin gave us date for the cleaning of our ducts but also put us on a call list if they had an opening before our schedule date (which they did) so we were able to get the cleaning done earlier. When Jason and Tyler showed up there explained what would happen and got to work. We just had our hardwood floors refinished so they made sure they covered them before doing any work. During the cleaning Jason showed us the before pictures of the ducts and then after the cleaning pictures. They did a fantastic job. Jason found a vent pipe that had a bad seal so he wrapped it in heat duct tape (he said he could not leave with loose and leaking heat duct). Both Jason and Taylor where very friendly and professional I would request them both when I have the duct cleaned again. When they left they made sure everything was sealed back up and clean. We would recommend Safety King to all our family and friends.

I know the difference because several months ago, I made a mistake and choose a competitor to “clean” our ducts and then suffered cold-like symptoms for over three months. When it finally occurred to me that dust in the ducts was causing me to sneeze and be stuffed up, I called Safety King. What a difference they made. Their photographs showed that the other company failed to clean all of the returns and left debris in the other ducts (including a red children’s ball!). In addition to the expert cleaning of the ducts, they also did the small things like wiping down the furnace and the room where it’s located. When they cleaned and packed up all of their gear more than 4 hours later, our home looked as good as when they came. And within hours my head started to clear up. I highly recommend them and would never use any other company than Safety King.

Two excellent men, Peter and Nate, helped me with other issues on my furnace such as the filter to the furnace humidifier and a bathroom fan that wasn’t working. I called Safety King from another company suggestion. I needed an inspection of the neighbors smoke filtering into my condo unit. They made their comments to the management company of the condos. The team from Safety King was incredibly versed in the processes and techniques employed to provide the cleaning services requested. They were on time, efficient and thorough. I was able to review before pictures prior to their cleaning, walked around asking questions and they addressed them as I was asking them, and was able to review after photos once they were complete. I was very pleased with the appearance of the technicians and felt very comfortable having them in my home. They employed fantastic methods of cleanliness and respect for my home including wearing booties over their shoes on flooring that was not protected (that they removed when they went outside and replaced when they came back in – this is RARE) and protecting hard wood flooring in areas where their equipment went through. Please give my best to Matt and Nick, they were top notch! We will request them on the next visit in a few years.

Just closed on a HUD house on Xmas Eve. Was trying to get appointments for different services I needed to fix up the house. I called Safety King and they were there almost the next day. I used them before on other homes and I really wanted it done before moving in. Bill and AJ were super nice and explained everything they did and concerns about my furnace they found. Money well spent on an old dirty house making it new again.

The Safety King technicians performed their job, were courteous to the other contractors, and were able to complete their job without interference. Safety King did a GREAT job! The techs had to be a little late (due to another job running long) but called to inform me and showed up as promised. After the 8/11/14 flood, I was miserable. Even after clean up, my house was left with a disgusting smell that clogged my sinuses and irritated my allergies. Furthermore, my hvac system tested positive for mold. I did some research on local vent cleaning services and Safety King came high recommended. I do not regret having my vents cleaned through them. The process was quick and aside from a lot of noise, I barely noticed they were here. The techs were very polite and actually gave me some good advice to keep my system clean in the future! Furthermore, the smell is gone and so are my allergy symptoms! I would recommend this company to anyone interested in vent cleaning in the future!

After the Aug 2014 flood, my basement was completely submerged, which required us to have total duct work cleaning and sanitation. Safety King was recommended by two friends. We found scheduling any storm clean up to be a bit of a wait, and only waited two weeks for our service. The tech, Marcus showed up before the scheduled time and explained everything to us, and went straight to work. The entire process was approx 3 hours. Sporicidin was applied to prevent mold growth, and required us to leave for only one hour. Upon returning home the home smelled much better. Great service, professional tech, and would recommend company to others. P.S. thanx Marcus for playing with the dog too!

Our ducts hadn’t been cleaned in the 60+ years that our home has been around, and Safety King did a great job of getting everything cleaned out. Bill was kind and professional. He even took his shoes off when he came into the house. I enjoyed seeing the before and after pictures – well, I’m not sure if “enjoy” is the right word, but it was helpful to know. If you have an older house, there is probably some very nasty debris in your air ducts. If you’re looking to get them cleaned, definitely go with this company.

A.J. and another technician (not the two who were listed as being the ones who were supposed to be coming out to service out ducts) showed up RIGHT on time! We showed them where all of the vents were throughout the house – only one required moving of a piece of furniture (which we knew ahead of time), they decided coming in through the back door would be most efficient, and they got to work. The only thing we asked of them was that they not let either of our 2 cats outside if they saw them (the cats hid the whole time, so it wasn’t an issue, but the guys wer vigilant anyway). It took 3 hours from start to finish of everything, including the dryer duct cleaning. They showed us the before and after pics (and quite honestly, there wasn’t much difference in the house ductwork). But the dryer duct REALLY needed to be cleaned out, and I’m so glad we had the whole thing done anyway, as we have allergies and asthma, as well as some other health problems in the house. I’d rather be safe than sorry! Thank you for the great work!

I just purchased my home and was a little skeptical about getting the ducts cleaned but thought it might be a good idea since the house is 75 years old and have no idea when it was, if ever, done last. He answered every question I had and never once made me feel stupid. In fact, he told me what was happening all the way through so I knew soooo much more than before he arrived and the cost was minimal for the 3 hours of work he did to ensure their cleanliness and the equipment in the furnace. I purchased a home 2 months ago that had been neglected for quite a few years and has been under construction for the last 2 months. The service provided by Safety King was a pleasure from the scheduling process to the service provided. They were timely, neat and considerate. Got a great deal on dryer vent cleaning through Angie’s List. Pete and Scott called to tell me they would be a few minutes later than was promised (much appreciated). They arrived, not much after originally expected time, and got started. As usual, with my house, there were some unforeseen issues that cropped up. The dryer vents under a crawl space to the outside and some separation had occurred so no venting was going to the outside; venting was in the crawl space area. They cleaned the vent and worked to repair the problems with the crawl space vent, despite the fact that there was no access to the crawl space. They worked a long time so that the cleaning was done and the dryer safe to use now. They have given me a contact to have the dryer vented, bypassing the crawl space. Given their able workmanship, I will be in touch with the person recommended to revent the dryer. Appreciated their concern for safe dryer operation.

We are super pleased with Vern and Matt and the outstanding job they did cleaning our air ducts. They were timely, friendly and professional. They respected my home by wearing booties,cleaned up after themselves. It took longer than expected but that was our assurance of a job well done. My husband, Jim, and I are very satisfied with the service from Safety King. Our ducts hadn’t been cleaned since our home was built in 1972. Bill and Steve came and did a very thorough job, complimented the quality of ducts we had and what good shape they were in. They also helped Jim with a problem our dryer vent had. They were very courteous, and explained everything as they went along.

David and Stephen did a nice job. I was not home but my wife was and she had no issues and was pleased. We have used your service before. Only complaint is that my furnace electronic cells we left on the floor. Also my dirty air filter which is fine. But someone should have told my wife. I also have a whole box of new filters that were there and you could have reinstalled that as well.

I was a little Leary at first in spending the money it cost to have my ducts professional cleaned; however the crew worked for 5 hours and did an awesome job. The air quality seems so much better now and after seeing the before and after pictures of the ducts I feel a lot better knowing what they removed from the ducts is no longer there ! Great experience all around! I had another company had to wait for three weeks for a duct cleaning date and when they did arrive they told me they couldn’t do the job as because parking for the truck was too far away from my condo . I called Safety King ad was able to schedule a appointment for the NEXT DAY! The crew arrived, and they too said they couldn’t do the job that day because of the parking and distance, but they could do the job, just needed another truck. Within about a hour of that I received a call from Cathy to schedule the duct cleaning for first thing the next day. the crew, Bill and Steve P arrived first thing in the morning with 2 trucks, and were in and out within a couple of hours. Very polite and professional organization, very neat crew, footies over their shoes and left the place spotless. Details: this was my first experience with duct cleaning and like so many others I’ve been told different things about the value of duct cleaning. The crew took before and after pictures. Before I could have grown plants in my ducts, after the ducts look like new, same applies to the furnace. More to the point is my family suffers from allergies, and after the cleaning the random runny noses, sneezing episodes and nasal congestion have all but stopped in the house. My opinion; worth every penny of the cost of the cleaning.

Had ducts cleaned by Safety King (Bill T. and Vernon G.). Very professional from office call(Kerry P.) to the time they left my house. They were extra clean and did what they said was going to be done. The guys were at my house for 7 straight hours. They took pictures of before and after cleaning. I had cleaning done at my last house and it was cheaper than Safety King. The last company took 2 hours and it was 2 guys and oversized shop vac. They did not do a good job, did not access duct work and left basement dirty and dusty. Safety King went above and beyond what I expected and I will use them again in the future. Kevin T.
