I was very impressed with Safety King. Everything from the first phone call to the technicians pulling out of the driveway went super smooth. Kerry, who answered the phone was very helpful and informative. She got me an appointment time that worked perfectly with my schedule. She did an awesome job of explaining the entire process for me so I knew exactly what to expect on the day of my cleaning. Bill and Brendan arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a walk though of the house and explained everything that they were going to be doing. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they both were and how much time that they spent explaining everything. They took pictures and even allowed my boyfriend Joe to take a few pictures to. They were very patient with all of our questions. Well mostly Joe’s questions. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference in the before and after pictures. I knew my ducts were probably pretty dirty because they had never been cleaned in the 60 years since the house was built. But I am thrilled with the fact that I don’t have to dust my furniture and wood floors every day anymore. Safety King and the Air Duct Cleaning has made a HUGE difference. I have more time to do other things besides dust and sweep. Thank you Kerry, Bill T and Brendan for doing such an awesome job.
