I had Ryan C and Anthony P come out to clean my duct work and dryer vent. They arrived right on time and first came in and introduced themselves. Both very polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They did a great job. They are great representation for Safety King. Your employees are trained very well in explaining all the services they are preforming as well as other services you offer. The etiquette that they have you just do not see any more with service people. Your company was recommended to me. After the service and meeting part of your team I myself would recommend Safety King to anyone in need of your services. I can’t forget Kathrine who helped me when I called twice. She was very through in explaining also. I was very comfortable after speaking with her. I hope when we have to repeat the dryer vent cleaning that Ryan and Anthony will be able to come back.
