Scheduling was easy, whole process explained. Got an email the night before with techs pictures & names and got a reminder phone call day before. Techs showed up in the window offered, they were polite, courteous, and friendly…explained everything again very thoroughly. They were careful about my floors, walls, etc and did a very thorough job. Showed me before and after pictures, played with my dog, warned my kids that it might be loud…overall a 1st class operation. We are very pleased and will absolutely be using Safety King in the future.
