I needed to have my ducts clean after my husband forgot to turn off the furnace when he put drywall up in our basement. The two technicians Chris C. and Bill explained the entire procedure (which I did not understand anyway), took off their shoes, covered my floors as not to get my dirty and went to work. I was a little nervous about their putting holes in the ductwork as we have a painted ceiling. They assured me that would be no problem. And it wasn’t. They vacuumed the basement, and cleaned up their mess. They were friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I heard a lot of something moving through my ducts, so I know the machines power was quite strong. I can’t wait to see a big difference in the before and after pictures.
