Safety King was great. The scheduler was very polite and even mentioned a coupon they had for the service as well. My appointment was today 10/8 at 9 am and Rick showed up 20 minutes early. That was refreshing to see someone show up early instead of late for a change. Rick was very knowledgeable and even advised on some more potential problems we might have. I appreciate that level of professionalism. Overall I would recommend this company for any duct cleaning.

Outstanding experience and work. Started with initial walkthrough, explained the process, and them got to work. Took 3 hours, very professional and careful. First time cleaning since house was built in 1997. Definitely recommend!

We are very happy with the service provided. Prompt and professional, they took care to use face masks, social distancing and always put on shoe covers in the house. They explained the procedure before starting the work and asked us if we had any questions. They checked in with us several times during the procedure to insure we were satisfied. They went through the extra services available and explained each, giving recommendations for which ones we really needed to consider and which would not be of much value. They cleaned up after themselves. Totally satisfied.

Right from the get go Safety King was on their game. Scheduling was simple and we even asked to be contacted for any earlier cancellations. Lucky enough we were able to get our ducts clean about 2 weeks early. The two guys that showed up the morning of were very nice and informative. They told us exactly what they were going to be doing and how long it will take. Process was easy and will use Safety King again!!!!

Brandon was awesome! He asked what my expectations were and then walked me through everything he was going to do. He explained throughout the process what he was doing. He did his best to cover up the door that was propped open for the vacuum. He even cleaned my dryer vent and brought it up to code!! He also gave some tips/tricks for keeping my house warmer. He made the whole process easy and even fun when he told me the goofy things he found in the ducts! Thank you for doing a great job!!!

This was my first time getting my air ducts cleaned and let me just say, I am super impressed! Tim was our technician and he was on time to our scheduled appointment literally to the minute, which I fully appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step. He made me feel very comfortable asking him questions along the way. I was honestly hesitant getting my ducts cleaned, but after today I feel like this was money well spent. The professionalism and value I experienced made me a very happy customer!

Brandon was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He walked us through the entire procedure before he started and updated us during the cleaning. Vernon and Tim were very thorough. They were conscientious of keeping my environment clean, laying out blankets to walk on, putting booties on over their shoes, and taping up vents/returns to minimize dust and debris from coming into the living space. They were both very personable and knowledgeable. They even had me walk through to make sure things were not damaged. Id highly recommend this team and Safety King to others.

Brandon was cheerful, thorough and accommodating of an hour delay in accessing the home. He was very careful to avoid tracking in debris and to route the vacuum house through a basement window. Even repaired a hole in a duct left by prior owner.

The truck pulled up in the stated timeframe. Both Vernon and Bill were very professional and social. They showed me everything they said they were going to do and did everything they said they were going to do. I was shown pictures of before and after. They put down pads on the floor so as not to scratch or dirty up the floor. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Couldn’t have asked for a better company!! It was a good value for the price.

Our duct cleaning was done by Marcus. Marcus was friendly, efficient and arrived promptly at our scheduled time. He took the time to walk thru the house with us and explain what he was going to be doing. Once finished, he showed us pictures of the before and after affect of what he did. He recommended a couple other procedures he felt we could use and we opted to have the envirocon deodorizer applied. We were very happy with Marcus and the work he did and would gladly recommend Safety King and Marcus to anyone.

Our son had allergies to the pets we used to own, even after getting rid of the pets though he still had allergies. We called Safety King and Billy & Patrick came out to clean our air ducts. They also treated the ducts and his allergies has drastically reduced since getting them done!

Anthony was an excellent air duct tech and we sincerely appreciated his professionalism. He was on time, had a great disposition, and clearly knew how to handle his responsibilities. Rodney’s mother called and said she was there when Eric did the job and that Eric was great!! He explained everything and was very complete on cleaning. She was very happy and said that is was so nice to know that when she had her home ducts cleaned by us a few years ago, we did a great job she was afraid that it was just because of the technician that did the job. I scheduled the duct cleaning for December 21st. Kory arrived on time, explained how the process worked, and took care to do the job neatly and thoroughly. Marcus was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the entire process to me before he started. As he worked, he answered my questions in terms that I could understand (no industry-related jargon). Merna answered my questions when the appointment was set and answered more questions when I called the day before the scheduled appointment.
