I’ve used Safety King for my duct cleaning and I was very impressed with the before and after pictures. But what was really impressive was the fact that the duct cleaners Vern and Jordan were very thorough and it showed that they really care about doing a good job. Even after spending 5 hours in my home they made sure to walk through the house with me and answer any questions I had and wouldn’t leave until I was completely satisfied.

I was very impressed with the service Marcus P. provided. I used another company and they did not do nearly as much as Marcus did to have my ducts clean. I love the before and after pictures. It showed how bad they were and how much cleaner and shiner they are now. The other company charged less but they did less as well. I will certainly use Safety King again. Service to my air ducts was exactly as described. I was given the price quote over the phone and that was the same price presented on the day of service. My service rep, Marcus, was professional and explained everything to me before starting. I was shown photos of my duct work and the photos were then emailed to me. From the first contact from Cindy via email explaining the entire process I knew this would be an excellent choice of Company to do business with. The Service Pro’s were Vern and Matt, we received their pictures ahead of time, excellent idea when coming to someones home. They were on time, actually early, very polite and took the time to wear the blue covers on their boots. They were thoroughly professional, informative and worked well together. Every step was explained to me and their conduct was exemplary. I would recommend this company and their service to all who ask and have told as many people as I can how good they are!
