Linda of Auburn Hills MI called to let us know how pleased she was with the service she received from Stephen & Kevin. Her son had been having a lot of breathing problems in their apartment and noticed the filter & vents were filled with dark brown/black dust. Once the ducts were cleaned, she asked Stephen some questions regarding the furnace. He told her that she should contact a licensed HVAC specialist if she has concerns. Linda took his advice and found out they had a cracked heat exchanger. She is very grateful Stephen made the suggestion, as the situation could have become dangerous.
